There aren't enough words to describe how happy I was with their service. They presented themselves in a professional manor and repaired the laundry faucets in such a way that I believe they will outlive the house. They arrived early and were done in less than an hour. They cleaned everything up, took the old parts and left things cleaner than when they arrived. Do not hesitate to call them for your plumbing needs. You will not be disappointed at all. I've dealt with a lot of professional service techs in my life, and I have never come across a more polite, honest, quick yet thorough, friendly, just down right respectful human being than Mason. I hope we don't have another problem, but if we do, it would be a blessing for him to show up. Not telling you what to do, but if I was his boss, he'd be training every single employee I have on how to be professional with a customer.

Jorge was on time. I had two faucets replaced, new valves, and drainage pipes installed. He stayed to ensure no leaks occurred and left my bathroom area clean and in good shape. Highly recommend him and will definitely have him back when it’s time to get my showers done.

I was worried about what type of plumbing service we would get and if the people would be quality and honest But after reading some reviews on this company we decided to give them a try and I honestly Can’t say enough good things about the company and their plumbing technicians Jaylan and Corey. They were amazing from beginning to end and exceeded our expectations. They explained everything they needed to do and what they were doing and did no up charging or anything like that. Gave us a quote and it was the quote, no surprises and no hidden fees. They were at our residence when they said they would be, they found the problem and repaired it quickly and effectively. They are also very responsive and keep you well informed of any parts for your repair they’re waiting for and let you know when they will be at your location. We will definitely be using Impact Plumbing again and will definitely request Jaylan and Corey without hesitation.

We will definitely come back to Las Vegas Handyman & HVAC for future work around the house. Jay was friendly, on time, and did solid work for the variety of projects we needed done, which included repairing a shed door, laying down hardwood flooring, putting up multiple closet doors, re-painting a bench in our kitchen, and replacing the kitchen backsplash with fresh tile. I recommend their services without reservation.

When my AC went out I called them at 7:30 at night and they came out THAT NIGHT and got my AC up and going. Could not say enough good things about them - overall I was extremely impressed!!!
