I called them because of the reviews they had here on Yelp. I spoke with Kyle and explained my bathroom sink was leaking. He said someone could be out same day in a few hours. They sent a text confirming the time and a text when the technician was en route. Jaylyn arrived, listened to my issue, looked at my sink and said it was a quick fix! The price he gave was excellent! He was in and out within the hour. He was so professional and kind and even went the extra mile to go purchase a part that was cracked at no additional cost! Dan’s Dirty Drains helped me when things got really messy! David and Dan were very pleasant, and explained the problems my clogged toilets were having in detail. (I guess is not good to flush toilet paper when having cheap toilets.) They were quick to fix the issue and within minutes my toilets were unclogged and properly working again. I highly recommend these two! No hidden fees and the price for all three of my clogged toilets was unmatched!
