Cannot say enough good things about this company and it's owner Ino. I had used them before to find the leak in my pool. He went out of his way to find the replacement part to save me money. Otherwise I would have had to spend thousands of dollars to drill through the deck to fix it. I just called him again for a leak in my spa. Once again he came out found the leak and again went out of his way to get the part for me and to replace it. All of this was done in a professional timely efficient manner and at a reasonable price. He was utterly patient with me and answered all of my questions and explained to me exactly what was going on and how my system works. I highly highly recommend this company if you have a leak.

My home warranty sent them. They came flushed out ac and then said they had to get a part and come back. No one ever came back. I had recently had my ducts cleaned and they saw a hole in ac duct they did a quick patch but said that it would need to be repaired correctly. This contractor told me it does not

I called because my water heater went out two days ago. I googled water heater repair and came across Pure Plumbing. It seemed like a local business that’s been in business long enough to gather good reviews. I called and didn’t have to wait a long time to be helped and I received service within two hours of calling. They honored military discounts which was a blessing. Curtis came to the house and he was very respectful from the beginning, gave me estimates of the different tier of repairs from repair to replacements. Throughout the time, Curtis didn’t rush as my husband and I conferred and he was a consummate professional and respectful at all times. I appreciated his business and felt like I made a good decision and not a rushed one despite my circumstances. It was a wonderful experience and would recommend and use them again.

On Easter Sunday the pipes under my kitchen sink were leaking badly. I googled 24 hour emergency plumbing services and was routed to Roto Rooter. I contacted them and they advised a plumber would call within 30 mins. The plumber called shortly after and advised he was already on the way to my home. He showed up and fixed the problem within an hour. I was extremely impressed by how quickly everything was resolved, even on a holiday. And still no leaks today!

Very knowledgeable. Did a great job. Took extra care not to damage anything. I would highly recommend than to anyone. Great job with great people. Did not try to up sell to “better services. Arrived on time and finished the job in a timely matter. Great people.

We called American brothers plumbing because our water softener had stopped working and was leaking. Someone came out right away and inspected our system and we observed it was best to get a new system. They were here bright and early the next morning on time and replaced the system. This company is wonderful. They are professional they are friendly they care about the customer and they have a very good business model. I think more companies should follow their lead and be more like them.I'm very pleased and I recommend them a 100%

So these guys showed up on time and was finished within 15 minutes. I would strongly recommend them not just for speed, but their fee seemed fair and they had all the parts they needed to do the job right the first time. Way to go gents👍👍

Mark from Plumbing Innovations is the best person we could find to help fix our water heater. We were getting error code on our heater and we called 5 to 6 different companies who couldn’t figure out the problem. Mark was patient, knew what he was doing and called the water heater company to make sure what has to be done to resolve the issue, worked on it and it did work! I had a problem with my toilet in master bathroom; Angel returned my call the same day and came to assess the situation (2 days later..my earliest availability). He knew what was wrong and went to get the replacement part. Lowe's nor Home Depot had the part I needed; but Angel had found out Amazon sold the part. I ordered it and 2 days later, even with two other jobs pending, Angel arrived early and replaced the part. He is so personable and professional-knows what he's doing and took a look at a few other things for me. Angel is an ANGEL!!! Will always reach out to In Home Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.
