I have used other plumbers before in the past at my place of business. But hands down, Todd and Kylan from Code Red were the most professional team I have ever seen. They worked on the problem until they could confidently say that they had fixed it, unlike the contractors before them. I wont call anyone else besides these guys from now on for plumbing issues. Three words for my 2nd experience with this locally owned and operated plumbing contractor - ACCESSIBLE , RELIABLE and PROFESSIONAL. MCP responded immediately to our leaking water heater and again, after a leaking toilet which turned out to be a cracked tank. In my 25 years here dealing with contractors of every kind, it's not uncommon to feel ripped off or taken advantage of when you're in a vulnerable situation. Got water heater replaced same day of leak that prevented water damage to living area and replaced toilet at my convenience. Both Homero and Fernando did professional work with warranty on repairs. So, I removed my former plumber and retired master plumbers phone #s from my contacts and installed MC Plumbing's phone number for our future plumbing issues. Gave honest feedback to owner on 1st experience and appreciated being heard and getting an honest humble reply. Yeah, it's hard to find honest, reliable and fair contractors in so. There aren't enough words to describe how happy I was with their service. They presented themselves in a professional manor and repaired the laundry faucets in such a way that I believe they will outlive the house. They arrived early and were done in less than an hour. They cleaned everything up, took the old parts and left things cleaner than when they arrived. Do not hesitate to call them for your plumbing needs. You will not be disappointed at all. Be sure to let them know if you are a senior or veteran.

We called Second Opinion Plumbing to help us replace a main line for our rental property that kept getting backed up and couldn’t be happier with our decision. Albert showed up earlier than we expected to make sure he had everything needed and set up. We were removing a tree that we thought was causing the issue with the main line. He explained what he believed was the issue and jumped right in to confirm where the problem was by using the camera and locator. Our issue was a belly in the main line. He saw we were struggling with removing a tree trunk and went above and beyond by helping us remove it. Shortly after the tree was removed he was digging with his excavator and quickly found the main. Prior to calling Second Opinion Plumbing we considered doing the digging ourselves but we would’ve spent all day digging that much with our shovels and picks. The main sewer line dropped to below 5.5’ at the tie-in connection to the street. Albert was very professional and friendly throughout. Mark Peii was super awesome! Fixed the leak, did it in a timely manner, very respectful and mindful of us and our home, cleaned up after the repair, and even redid the water lines for the dryer because it was hooked up wrong before he came. Highly recommend! We recently had to replace and repair a lot of pipes around our water heater, and get our hot water re circulation system working again. Roman was in the neighborhood and stopped by for a free quote. He showed up promptly on time and got the work done quickly. It looks great, and now we have instant hot water again! They have great communication and some automated computer software which is smart phone friendly too. [ EDIT ] We had a small problem with one part of the work, and Roman came out right away to fix it for free, even thought he was here a full hour. They are a young company, but very responsible. 5 Stars.

I was worried about what type of plumbing service we would get and if the people would be quality and honest But after reading some reviews on this company we decided to give them a try and I honestly Can’t say enough good things about the company and their plumbing technicians Jaylan and Corey. They were amazing from beginning to end and exceeded our expectations. They explained everything they needed to do and what they were doing and did no up charging or anything like that. Gave us a quote and it was the quote, no surprises and no hidden fees. They were at our residence when they said they would be, they found the problem and repaired it quickly and effectively. They are also very responsive and keep you well informed of any parts for your repair they’re waiting for and let you know when they will be at your location. We will definitely be using Impact Plumbing again and will definitely request Jaylan and Corey without hesitation.

This company is sooo unprofessional, the lady that answer the phone in the plumbing department ALL WAYS have a attitude!! I called them on Wednesday for a quote and I still don’t have anything on Friday! I tried calling and the lady with the attitude answers the phone of course unprofessional with an attitude saying she can help me. They are a bad look for the compnay 100% if it was my money I would go else where but it’s the owners money. Smh
