Called to get a water filter installed under my sink. Appointment was scheduled and I asked if they could also give me a quote for installing a water softener. Day of the appointment they tried to come an hour before the service window and they only came to give me a quote. If the people in the office can’t even tell their techs what you want done correctly. I’m sure they’ll mess up on the bill - no thanks. I didn’t even let them give me the quote.

I was worried about what type of plumbing service we would get and if the people would be quality and honest But after reading some reviews on this company we decided to give them a try and I honestly Can’t say enough good things about the company and their plumbing technicians Jaylan and Corey. They were amazing from beginning to end and exceeded our expectations. They explained everything they needed to do and what they were doing and did no up charging or anything like that. Gave us a quote and it was the quote, no surprises and no hidden fees. They were at our residence when they said they would be, they found the problem and repaired it quickly and effectively. They are also very responsive and keep you well informed of any parts for your repair they’re waiting for and let you know when they will be at your location. We will definitely be using Impact Plumbing again and will definitely request Jaylan and Corey without hesitation.

I called Michelle at Serv--All on a Monday and we had water condition and reverse osmosis systems installed on Friday. Service was professional and every question we have since had has cheerfully answered. I highly recommend this company.

These guys were very helpful and did a great job. I called on a Monday and made an appointment for 3 pm Tuesday for a minor leak, but I called early Tuesday morning to tell them that the leak was getting worse. They managed to come by 12:30 and had everything fixed up in less than 2 hours. Sterling went above and beyond to make sure there was no more leak! The price was in the range quoted. And they communicated well over the phone, and let me know when he was on the way to my house. I will definitely call them if I have plumbing needs in the future.

Woke up this morning with water leaking from my tankless water heater. Called Focus Plumbing for assistance. Technician Adan arrived and provided great customer service. He explained the cause of the issue and was able to fix the problem. Adan went out of his way to share his knowledge on the equipment and provide insight on his experience, which displayed his love for the job. I may not have been happy with the price I paid for the fix (3 stars), but having Adan's customer service made the experience worth 5 stars. Thank you for your help Adan!
