I've dealt with a lot of professional service techs in my life, and I have never come across a more polite, honest, quick yet thorough, friendly, just down right respectful human being than Mason. I hope we don't have another problem, but if we do, it would be a blessing for him to show up. Not telling you what to do, but if I was his boss, he'd be training every single employee I have on how to be professional with a customer.

I used FloPro to replace a leaky Hot water heater and was so happy with their prices and work, I decided to update and upgrade my whole house water filtration/conditioning system as well. I called them because of the reviews they had here on Yelp. I spoke with Kyle and explained my bathroom sink was leaking. He said someone could be out same day in a few hours. They sent a text confirming the time and a text when the technician was en route. Jaylyn arrived, listened to my issue, looked at my sink and said it was a quick fix! The price he gave was excellent! He was in and out within the hour. He was so professional and kind and even went the extra mile to go purchase a part that was cracked at no additional cost!
