I've dealt with a lot of professional service techs in my life, and I have never come across a more polite, honest, quick yet thorough, friendly, just down right respectful human being than Mason. I hope we don't have another problem, but if we do, it would be a blessing for him to show up. Not telling you what to do, but if I was his boss, he'd be training every single employee I have on how to be professional with a customer.

We had a big problem with our water pressure in the house and had already had 2 different plumbers inspect everything, but we weren't thrilled about the high estimates. After a friend recommended Flo Pro, we realized it was the best choice to fix it. On top of them being really responsive, fast-working and on time, they actually ended up saving us close to $1,000 for the same kind of job. You can bet they're as honest and professional as they come, which can be hard to find nowadays (specially when many others try to up-charge you depending on the part of town you're in). We've definitely found a great long-term company to rely on for plumbing. They're fast, reliable and overall, easy to do business with.

Impact was great to work with. I had a small plumbing emergency that they were able to fit me in their schedule and get it fixed quickly. Because they were so great to work with I set them up to come out and change my water softener at a later date. They did a great job getting it done quickly and professionally. I have been using it for 6 months now and have had no problems. I will definitely continue using Impact for any plumbing needs.

I was able to get a technician to my house within an hour of calling. This 24 Hr Emergency plumber in Las Vegas, was very friendly and explained everything clearly.The supervisor who came out was kind and respectful as well. I was happy with the service.

UPDATE: Josh came back out to fix an issue with the refrigerator water line, super quick and efficient. I had some questions about the hot water tank and he took a look. Found a leak and immediately referred me to WFM Restoration. Nate, the planner/estimator was out within the hour and immediately got the insurance process going. Can't say enough about the promptness and professionalism of both these employees and their respective companies!

Ken from plumbing solutions came out and looked at pressure regulator value I tried to replace and informed me Home Depot had sold me the wrong part. Ken told me where to go to get the right part and even called and made sure they had it. Wet straightforward and honest not only did he not charge me and money he saved me a lot of money in the long run. He gave me his personal cell phone number that way if u had any future plumbing questions I could go to the source and get the right answers the first time. I would definitely recommend this company especially if ken comes out.

This is the 2nd time I’ve had to use Royal plumbing for an issue in my home. Both times our plumber was very friendly and professional. He pin pointed the problem right away and showed us the issue.
