I had called MC for a second opinion after a referral from a friend and a horrible experience earlier that morning with another plumbing company and I’m glad I did. Chris responded within the same day and was very honest, up front and explained the options and costs in a no nonsense professional manner. I hired MC and Chris replaced my water heater the next morning and fixed a leak, we also made a plan for replacing another plumbing issue that will need attention in the next 30 days. He explained to me how to check the water heater regularly to make sure everything is running properly and to call them as it is under warranty for repair. I am so grateful to have found an honest company that provided excellent work and customer service during a stressful time. I 100% recommend MC plumbing and will be using them for all of my future needs.

The YES/Blue Apple AC technician suggested and drafted a proposal for repair - that my air conditioner was oxidizing and had daisy-chained condensers, causing an imbalance in my unit, causing it to overheat, and said it could shut down at any time. Any unit can shut down at any time. This tactic to scare me, the homeowner, was unsuccessful, as I have a family member come the next day, an HVAC technician who has been for 34 years in the valley double-check this new issue on this routine maintenance check. After inspecting the two condenser batteries in one unit and one condenser, or what I call batteries in the other, he explained that there was nothing wrong with the unit; he told me that this was just NOT TRUE. They both had equal and correct amperage and no need for concern. The brown on the fan motor at the top is normal as the units do heat, and that causes the paint on the motor head to brown. ALL units have some degree of discoloration. In other words, AC units are made to dis-spell heat which almost always causes paint to turn brown or peel. This resin is usually set by the high temperatures. Appliances with metal components are vulnerable to corrosion, especially if exposed to outdoor conditions; THIS IS NORMAL. This technician, LIKE SO MANY in our valley, was trying to UPCHARGE me. I suspect this is the sales model most electric, plumbing, and HVAC companies use to make money. No wonder they are willing to come to the house on a service agreement at no charge. But it didn't fool me, and Thank you; I will keep my $900 in my pocket!
Don't change out something that was never defective. IF IT IS NOT BROKEN, DON'T FIX IT. If your AC unit fan stops, turn off the AC and call a tech. If your compressor stops humming or changes sound, turn off your unit and call someone; if your AC is blowing warm, turn off your unit and call someone. STOP replacing parts that THEY TELL YOU WILL QUIT WORKING. Yes, your machines can stop anytime, but wait until they do; some last 15 years, some less. I have three HVAC services that I double-check each other because I was ripped as a single mom. I didn't want to inconvenience a family member. Now I do both, verify all recommendations made by family and other AC companies I have hired. Don't fall for this way of doing business. Be a savvy homeowner, especially single parents and older people. Good luck! All these pictures are normal wear and tear.

Matt was amazing plumber. He was professional, kind, honest on time, friendly, informative, helpful and quick. My Mom’s water heater died and they came out within hours to replace it. The warranty company First American we use had sent a previous plumber who lied and said we had structural damage and that our bill would be 2000.00 for just the placement and construction repairs. My 20-year-old gas water heater started leaking from the bottom this morning and needed to be addressed immediately! Luckily I connected with this technician, he explained the situation, sent him a couple of pictures of the tank, and he promptly called me back with a fair estimate to which I agreed. Nice job.

We are extremely happy with the repair of a running toilet. These plumbers were fast and efficient. They explained everything before and after. I was amazed with the quality of their work.

The overall experience from start to finish I give an A+ 10/10. From the time I called to get someone to come out, to the time we had hot water was literally less than an hour and a half. That is insanely fast service, and not to mention it was later in evening around 6pm. I am so happy with our technician Adan Ramirez. He was professional friendly and got the job done super fast!
