After having Goettl plumbing come out last night and try to soak me for 3500to4000 dollars to remove a water purifying unit which was leaking all over my kitchen bottom sink. The bottom was caving in due to the water collection over a period of time. Trish from Roto-Rooter got Tony out right away. He removed unit..wiring..capped it and replaced floorboard after Jason the mitigation expert came out and inspected for mold and water damage thank God there wasn't any or very little no mold. I paid half of what the other company charged.After experiencing such devastation with the loss of family members and a son who took advantage of mom with dementia and took everthing in these tumultuous times I was so happy to have Roto-Rooter on my side.

There is no one better than Jeff. Extremely well-informed, reliable, and quick to respond. Called to get a water filter installed under my sink. Appointment was scheduled and I asked if they could also give me a quote for installing a water softener. Day of the appointment they tried to come an hour before the service window and they only came to give me a quote. If the people in the office can’t even tell their techs what you want done correctly. I’m sure they’ll mess up on the bill - no thanks. I didn’t even let them give me the quote.

I was looking to hopefully flush out my water heater because we were frequently running out of hot water when family stayed sometimes on weekends while in town. I liked the technician that came to my house. Unfortunately, I don't remember his name, but he treated me like a person and not like a dumb female or potential sale. He answered all of my questions professionally and was very kind and helpful. He explained to me why it was futile to try and flush the existing water heater, because it was an unknown amount of years of neglect before we bought the house two years prior. The price was quite reasonable to replace and even upgrade to a larger unit. I will definitely recommend them to neighbors and use them again if ever needed for plumbing issues.

Because they were so great to work with I set them up to come out and change my water softener at a later date. They did a great job getting it done quickly and professionally.
