Taron at Blue Diamond Plumbing was the 3rd plumber to diagnose an under slab leak in the hot water pipes under my house. He came on time, made my house a priority since they already knew I had issues with the first guy, and brought the leak detection equipment which my insurance company wanted. Scheduling the work was on my day off and he completed a reroute of hot water pipes thru the walls and attic since original pipes were under the house. He left a clean job and explained absolutely everything to me as he was going. I also asked for his recommendation for a GC and he literally showed up at my house an hour later. What most people would consider a huge expensive disaster he made a pleasant experience. Laura in the office was also extremely helpful in speaking to my brother when I couldn’t and in organizing everything. A++++++

After having plumbing issues on Christmas morning and asking about for assistance but receiving no answer, I finally got around to posting this review, which has been delayed for a while. Always use Las Vegas Plumber! Even though the water supply had been turned off, the shower faucet started running very strongly on Christmas morning after some time of trickling. A representative from Las Vegas Plumbing called to tell me how to switch off the water boiler because just the hot water was being used. They came out the following day to give me a quote, and a few days later they started doing the repairs. Jeff, the technician, was really friendly. You have great taste in background music, and you always let me know when the volume was about to increase. It was fortunate that he was unconcerned by my mother's presence. One of her favorite things to do is observe and take in information. She replaced the outdated shower faucets and put a valve to our pipes before remarking that she had never seen such excellent plumbing work. A new pipe was required. When I phoned, they fit me in on the same day I called. The value I received from my new pipe much exceeded the price I paid. Highly recommend.

The YES/Blue Apple AC technician suggested and drafted a proposal for repair - that my air conditioner was oxidizing and had daisy-chained condensers, causing an imbalance in my unit, causing it to overheat, and said it could shut down at any time. Any unit can shut down at any time. This tactic to scare me, the homeowner, was unsuccessful, as I have a family member come the next day, an HVAC technician who has been for 34 years in the valley double-check this new issue on this routine maintenance check. After inspecting the two condenser batteries in one unit and one condenser, or what I call batteries in the other, he explained that there was nothing wrong with the unit; he told me that this was just NOT TRUE. They both had equal and correct amperage and no need for concern. The brown on the fan motor at the top is normal as the units do heat, and that causes the paint on the motor head to brown. ALL units have some degree of discoloration. In other words, AC units are made to dis-spell heat which almost always causes paint to turn brown or peel. This resin is usually set by the high temperatures. Appliances with metal components are vulnerable to corrosion, especially if exposed to outdoor conditions; THIS IS NORMAL. This technician, LIKE SO MANY in our valley, was trying to UPCHARGE me. I suspect this is the sales model most electric, plumbing, and HVAC companies use to make money. No wonder they are willing to come to the house on a service agreement at no charge. But it didn't fool me, and Thank you; I will keep my $900 in my pocket!
Don't change out something that was never defective. IF IT IS NOT BROKEN, DON'T FIX IT. If your AC unit fan stops, turn off the AC and call a tech. If your compressor stops humming or changes sound, turn off your unit and call someone; if your AC is blowing warm, turn off your unit and call someone. STOP replacing parts that THEY TELL YOU WILL QUIT WORKING. Yes, your machines can stop anytime, but wait until they do; some last 15 years, some less. I have three HVAC services that I double-check each other because I was ripped as a single mom. I didn't want to inconvenience a family member. Now I do both, verify all recommendations made by family and other AC companies I have hired. Don't fall for this way of doing business. Be a savvy homeowner, especially single parents and older people. Good luck! All these pictures are normal wear and tear.

We needed to install a water pressure regulator valve that was a bit complex due to our piping. This plumber was able to give a quote over the phone, came to do the job promptly, and did an excellent job. Will use them in the future.
