On Easter Sunday the pipes under my kitchen sink were leaking badly. I googled 24 hour emergency plumbing services and was routed to Roto Rooter. I contacted them and they advised a plumber would call within 30 mins. The plumber called shortly after and advised he was already on the way to my home. He showed up and fixed the problem within an hour. I was extremely impressed by how quickly everything was resolved, even on a holiday. And still no leaks today!

God forbid if they are coming to your house to fix anything. They will hit everyone on the way there. One of their trucks license number 238A11 cut the person off in front of me to avoid the people stopped in the turning lane. Causing them to slam on their brakes and almost having me ram into the back of the car. Then proceed to almost hit another car less than a mile down the road. Very bad drivers not sure how they do fixing stuff.

Highly recommend! We recently had to replace and repair a lot of pipes around our water heater, and get our hot water re circulation system working again. Roman was in the neighborhood and stopped by for a free quote. He showed up promptly on time and got the work done quickly. It looks great, and now we have instant hot water again! They have great communication and some automated computer software which is smart phone friendly too. [ EDIT ] We had a small problem with one part of the work, and Roman came out right away to fix it for free, even thought he was here a full hour. They are a young company, but very responsible. 5 Stars.

I was looking to hopefully flush out my water heater because we were frequently running out of hot water when family stayed sometimes on weekends while in town. I liked the technician that came to my house. Unfortunately, I don't remember his name, but he treated me like a person and not like a dumb female or potential sale. He answered all of my questions professionally and was very kind and helpful. He explained to me why it was futile to try and flush the existing water heater, because it was an unknown amount of years of neglect before we bought the house two years prior. The price was quite reasonable to replace and even upgrade to a larger unit. I will definitely recommend them to neighbors and use them again if ever needed for plumbing issues.

Impact was great to work with. I had a small plumbing emergency that they were able to fit me in their schedule and get it fixed quickly. Because they were so great to work with I set them up to come out and change my water softener at a later date. They did a great job getting it done quickly and professionally. This plumber managed to come although he was already fully booked for today. In quite a short time he identified the problem. And he already had the parts potentially needed based on the heater photos we sent him in the morning. I recommend.

Hands down the best experience I have had with a plumbing company. My toddler put a toy in the toilet and apparently flushed it...leaving us with a clogged toilet.
