We had Tyler from plumbing kings come out to fix a slab leak. He sat our house on fire, 911 was called, and the fire department responded to put out the fire. The owner Stephen refused to cooperate with my insurance company who had to go to court to recover their funds and my deductible. He refused to cooperate in any way after the fire occurred. He never even offered an apology. He then still sent a bill demanding payment. He would not even provide my insurance company with his insurance information. Stay far away from this company as the owner Steven is not trustworthy and will not stand behind his work whatsoever.

I had a pipe break due to tree roots in my guest bathroom. The pipe had to be replaced. Alex C. was very thorough and explained everything well. He made sure all my concerns and issues were addressed.

Robert explained some pricing to me and was very personable. I had Shawn, the Plumber out to my house, where he explained everything as he performed the work. Thank you to all involved.

This company was absolutely fantastic!! They were responsive and compassionate to my need for emergency plumbing services. They got me on their schedule immediately and went to work to repair my main waterline in relativity short order. They were timely and professional. They even cleaned up after the work. These people are the BEST! We've been using them so many times and they never fail to amaze us! Their quality of work is excellent! The integrity of these people are amazing! Too bad that I have to give them 1 star. Firstly, Artie gave me a second opinion quote on a previous plumber's quote. Said it was too high and that there was about $1700 worth if work, tops. Someone came and did the work (not even Artie) and only replaced HALF of the pipe that was cracked. Pulled a toilet upstairs, that was not even in need of repairs, leaving me with one working toilet in the master bathroom. While waiting to negotiate money with my contractor (???) he decided that there was more work that needed to be done without even coming back to my house but told the restoration company that no further plumbing work needs to be done. Another $1900 worth of work to be exact. My contractor said, no other work is neccessary so I cancelled my appointment. Get a bill for $2200. Recap: Only HALF of the cracked pipe was replaced, no other work was done and the toilet that was pulled was never replaced yet, I recieved a bill for almost double the original guesstimate. All because I chose to go with a different contractor then the one Artie wanted me to use. Dirty, dirty tactics. I had a $50,000 flood loss on my property and they swooped in for a piece. Disgraceful. Now on top of everything I've had to deal with this mess as well.
I've had to start a complaint with the contractor's board. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I can not stress this enough.

This was the first time I've used the electrician side of YES. Glad I did. They arrived within an hour of my call. The technician Sean was great! Friendly & courteous! He fixed the electrical issue I was having quickly at a fair price. I'd recommend these folks!

I needed someone to move a gas line about 8 inches, after calling SEVERAL companies I got lucky to find American Brothers, they came on time (2 hours frame)on the same day I called, told me exactly what needs to be done. Michael was really honest and did a great job. He was wearing his mask all the time, was friendly and did the job exactly how he said.
Defiantly using this company again in the future.

I have been using Rakeman Plumbing for over 20 years. They have handled numerous jobs, from clogged drains, complicated basement sump pump issues, slab leaks and tricky outside snake jobs. They are punctual, professional and I highly recommend them for any plumbing job, large or small.
