I have completely lost confidence with this Company, as it takes 3 to 4 times to troubleshoot one issue and with cost at $160 to $300 that doesn’t result in fixing the issue.

Justin was timely and did a great job with our repairs. He was thorough and made sure to explain the necessary work and even asked if there was any other plumbing work we needed taken care of while he was there. He was very nice and professional and kept us posted as to when the parts for our repair would be available. I have nothing but good things to say, will call Pure Plumbing again in the future.

They presented themselves in a professional manor and repaired the laundry faucets in such a way that I believe they will outlive the house. They arrived early and were done in less than an hour. These guys showed up when every other company couldn’t make it out, saved my entire downstairs floor from flooding. Six months later, replaced my shower cartridge under manufacturer’s warranty. They give veteran discounts too!

I called Rakeman because my toilet was leaking water at the base. They got me scheduled for the next day. The plumber arrived on time and was professional. The plumber changed the wax ring and reinstalled the toilet. He checked to make sure there was no leaks before he left. We haven't had any problems since.
