My water heater went out and I called Code Red Emergency Plumbing based on reviews. Frank was my service person and he was knowledgeable, professional, and on time. The job was done quickly, neat, and accurately. He took my safety seriously during this pandemic. I contacted him after hours for additional questions and he responded without hesitation. We called to have a leak fixed and when they left we discovered that our dishwasher which was working before they came now had no water. They claim it's not them, but in fact it is. For this reason, I wouldn't ever use MC Plumbing. Now we have to call another Plumber to fix what MC Plumbing did.

Garrett is a very good tech, provided timely service, respectful and knowledgeable technician. Replaced the pressure valve and flushed water heater at a reasonable price. A bit lack in business professionalism as I have not received the receipt for the payment which also serves as warranty for the work.

After having Goettl plumbing come out last night and try to soak me for 3500to4000 dollars to remove a water purifying unit which was leaking all over my kitchen bottom sink. The bottom was caving in due to the water collection over a period of time. Trish from Roto-Rooter got Tony out right away. He removed unit..wiring..capped it and replaced floorboard after Jason the mitigation expert came out and inspected for mold and water damage thank God there wasn't any or very little no mold. I paid half of what the other company charged.After experiencing such devastation with the loss of family members and a son who took advantage of mom with dementia and took everthing in these tumultuous times I was so happy to have Roto-Rooter on my side.

This company was absolutely fantastic!! They were responsive and compassionate to my need for emergency plumbing services. They got me on their schedule immediately and went to work to repair my main waterline in relativity short order. They were timely and professional. They even cleaned up after the work. Scheduled on Thursday for Saturday 8-10am. Shows up at 7:35am without a phone call, shirt untucked, arrogantly sauntering to my front door. I wake my partner, he looks at shower with leaking hot water, and then wastes 20 mins asking questions. I explained the problem when he arrived and that we have had it repaired before while he mansplained how intricate and difficult things can be in plumbing. He left at 8am to get parts. When he didn't return by 9:30am I called the company and said we were done. 5 mins later another person from the company calls me and I yelled that for $131.00 an hour was outrageously ridiculous for their lack of professionalism. She wanted to talk but I was done and hung up. BTW got it repaired by someone else for $85.00 with a lesson on how to do it myself next time!

The YES/Blue Apple AC technician suggested and drafted a proposal for repair - that my air conditioner was oxidizing and had daisy-chained condensers, causing an imbalance in my unit, causing it to overheat, and said it could shut down at any time. Any unit can shut down at any time. This tactic to scare me, the homeowner, was unsuccessful, as I have a family member come the next day, an HVAC technician who has been for 34 years in the valley double-check this new issue on this routine maintenance check. After inspecting the two condenser batteries in one unit and one condenser, or what I call batteries in the other, he explained that there was nothing wrong with the unit; he told me that this was just NOT TRUE. They both had equal and correct amperage and no need for concern. The brown on the fan motor at the top is normal as the units do heat, and that causes the paint on the motor head to brown. ALL units have some degree of discoloration. In other words, AC units are made to dis-spell heat which almost always causes paint to turn brown or peel. This resin is usually set by the high temperatures. Appliances with metal components are vulnerable to corrosion, especially if exposed to outdoor conditions; THIS IS NORMAL. This technician, LIKE SO MANY in our valley, was trying to UPCHARGE me. I suspect this is the sales model most electric, plumbing, and HVAC companies use to make money. No wonder they are willing to come to the house on a service agreement at no charge. But it didn't fool me, and Thank you; I will keep my $900 in my pocket!
Don't change out something that was never defective. IF IT IS NOT BROKEN, DON'T FIX IT. If your AC unit fan stops, turn off the AC and call a tech. If your compressor stops humming or changes sound, turn off your unit and call someone; if your AC is blowing warm, turn off your unit and call someone. STOP replacing parts that THEY TELL YOU WILL QUIT WORKING. Yes, your machines can stop anytime, but wait until they do; some last 15 years, some less. I have three HVAC services that I double-check each other because I was ripped as a single mom. I didn't want to inconvenience a family member. Now I do both, verify all recommendations made by family and other AC companies I have hired. Don't fall for this way of doing business. Be a savvy homeowner, especially single parents and older people. Good luck! All these pictures are normal wear and tear.
