I had a problem with my garbage disposal, and the plumber from Water Heater Repair Now Plumbing fixed it quickly and professionally. He even gave me some tips for keeping it running smoothly. I would definitely hire this company again.

I recently chose Air Pro Master to have my air conditioner and air handler replaced after investigating several other options in the valley. The reasons I chose Air Pro Master was first of all the name brand of the equipment (Lennex), the professionalism of the general manager, Tim, and the price.

The installation team did an excellent job and were very careful during the installation. My air handler was in the attic and they were excellent in getting the old unit out and the new unit in with minimal damage. By the way, Tim sent out a dry wall expert to repair and touch up the dry wall and he did an excellent job!

The installation team had to place a thermostat downstairs since I elected to have a two zone system put and did an excellent job. I also elected to have a air purifying system put in which I highly recommend.

The other reason that I would recommend it that Tim was very responsive to my every need and sent out his tech, Andrew, whom by the way, is very knowledgeable and was helpful in setting up my Nest thermostat to my phone and explained the features in a professional manner.

All in all I really appreciate Tim, the general manager, showing his concern and being helpful in getting my installation complete.

I have to say, that my wife and I are very particular and Tim recognized that right off. My 5 star rating goes to Air Pro Master and I would advise everyone to at least give them a chance to prove their value. This is a very big expense and you as I did should get all the details to make a decision that you are comfortable and satisfied as I am with this purchase.

Bobby, diagnosed problem with 20+year old air conditioner, presented alternatives for repair and new installation. We elected new installation. Bobby's presentation was comprehensive and he responded to all questions. Bobby coordinated installation with his colleagues Triston and Kyler. Triston and Kyler installed the new air conditioner and thermostat. After checking the vents, etc., Triston and Kyler instructed us on use of the new thermostat and reminded us to maintain the manual in a secure place. Awesome service by Bobby, Triston, and Kyler. All were professional and worked well in the sweltering heat inside and out. By the way, pricing is extremely reasonable and fair. THANKS SIMPLY AIR!

I had the pleasure of working with Fernando today and a few weeks ago. A few weeks ago, I had a lot of things go wrong with my aunts house. First, She needed a new water heater installed. Her old water heater was gushing water all over the place. Second, my aunt’s entire piping system needed to be changed. There was severe leakage underneath my aunt’s kitchen sink. Third, my aunt’s heating system needed to be replaced. Everything that could go wrong did go wrong. I called Best Air and they did everything in less than 2 days! I’m so happy with not only how efficient they did the work, but how they were able to respond to my aunt’s emergency situation.My aunt still needs a lot more work done on her house. She needs a water softener due to our hard water, but I will make sure to ask for Fernando to do that.------------------------I want to add to this review. I am very happy with the work Fernando did regarding the tankless water heater and installing all of the faucets in my aunt's house, and gave me pointers on how to do other repairs within the house. What I am complaining about next has nothing to do with Fernando.As part of this project, I contracted for the black mold to be taken care of under my aunt's sink. This was absolutely a critical issue that had to be taken care of, since mold is a potential health hazard. As of yet, I've received no word as to when this part of the project is to be started. And we are now approaching the two month mark. I would really appreciate an answer in this regard.This experience has not diminished how I feel about Best Air Conditioning and Plumbing by any means. I do understand that this is probably the most complicated part of the project. My aunt has been pestering me everyday at lengths about when work is to be completed. This probably explains why I am a little bit impatient in this regard. Please contact me either by email or by phone as to when you think work can at least be started. (or at least keep me updated so I can update my aunt as things happen). Thank you.

Aqua plumbing scheduled an appointment with me, showed up on time, and performed the repair. They installed a water filtration system and pricing was very fair. I would am glad I went with a licensed plumber. Our previous plumber took our funds and never came back. For someone that doesn’t have any plumbing background, the plumber that was sent out walked me through what he was doing and made me feel comfortable with this company.
