This company was absolutely fantastic!! They were responsive and compassionate to my need for emergency plumbing services. They got me on their schedule immediately and went to work to repair my main waterline in relativity short order. They were timely and professional. They even cleaned up after the work. American Brothers Plumbing Co went over and beyond when taking care of a broken shower fixture at our rental property. Not only did they fix what was broken, they educated the residents on the importance of using their water softener unit and even added salt pellets. # 1 I called to make an appointment, it was set for Friday 11th at 10:30am. I called at 10:00am to verify appointment, Deanna told me my appointment time was 12:30pm WOW!!! why wasn't I notified that it had been changed. #2 I got a call about 30 minutes latter from Deanna saying, the technician can come to my location in 45 minutes, if that works for me. So I agreed, and drove back to the location where the work needed to be done. #3 The tech shows up, look around the trailer, asked me how long was the trailer, went inside the trailer, opening cabinets that had nothing to do with the job he was assessing. Then give a $430 charge for the propane line change, I asked him was that the total including his fee for showing up, HE SAID YES!!!!! He handed me his tablet to sign approvel for payment and the work!!! Is when I saw the $65.00 in addition to the $430.00 charge!!!! I question him about it, his only answer was, Who yeah it will be almost $500.00 I also question him why am I getting charged $25.00 per feet of the 18 foot trailer, and he's only adding 6 to 8 feet of propane line. He couldn't answer that one!!! I don't mind paying for what I want or need!!!! But this company's will rip you off!!! I hope they enjoy that $65.00. Also he couldn't do the work, I had to make another appointment to get the work done. He said it will take 4 hours. Why would it take 4 hours to add 6 feet of propane line!!! I guest he needed to justify the $430.00

Jorge was on time. I had two faucets replaced, new valves, and drainage pipes installed. He stayed to ensure no leaks occurred and left my bathroom area clean and in good shape. Highly recommend him and will definitely have him back when it’s time to get my showers done.

I was worried about what type of plumbing service we would get and if the people would be quality and honest But after reading some reviews on this company we decided to give them a try and I honestly Can’t say enough good things about the company and their plumbing technicians Jaylan and Corey. They were amazing from beginning to end and exceeded our expectations. They explained everything they needed to do and what they were doing and did no up charging or anything like that. Gave us a quote and it was the quote, no surprises and no hidden fees. They were at our residence when they said they would be, they found the problem and repaired it quickly and effectively. They are also very responsive and keep you well informed of any parts for your repair they’re waiting for and let you know when they will be at your location. We will definitely be using Impact Plumbing again and will definitely request Jaylan and Corey without hesitation.

Called at 1030 this morning and they were out within less than an hour and fixed my problem. Their technician, Dwayne was very nice. Efficient and professional. I recommend him highly.

Mark Galloway did an excellent job coming to our house assisting us with changing our water filtration system, I have been using various companies in the past 5 years and he and the company have been the best so far! Will 100% be using them again. They are professional, thorough and informative about your system!

I have called upon Sanderson Plumbing for service twice in the past.
The first was to repair and install a new supply line coming into my home.
I was impressed with Jason and his skillset. Just take a minute to watch him work and you know quite quickly that he is very skilled and knowledgeable in what he does. During this repair experience he even allowed me to do some prep work for the project to save me some money. I gladly did the work and he proceeded in completing the project.
A second time, I had supply lines leaking to the laundry room. He promptly came to my home and completed the repairs.
The most recent interaction with Jason involved the extremely slow drain for my kitchen sink. I have dealt with issues like this in the past and everything I tried was to no avail. I gave Jason a call and told him what I had tried and suggested that I probably need him to come out and snake the drain. He asked if I could try one more thing before he puts it on his list. I did exactly what he instructed and shockingly, it worked! I did not even need tools to fix it. This is the type of guy you are working with, someone that is always interested in helping and making the experience the most cost effective as possible.

I HAD A HORRIFIC HOT WATER LEAK FROM UNDER MY HOME'S SLAB[FOUNDATION].HAVING HAD SEVERAL ESTIMATES I WAS SO VERY PLEASED TO HAVE MARK AND HIS HELPER FIND THE LEAK ALMOST IMMEDIATELY,SAVING ME A HUGE WATER/GAS BILL,THEY CAPPED IT,REROUTED THE PIPE AND CAME IN UNDER ESTIMATE.EXPERIENCE COUNTS.THEY WERE ON TIME,,NEAT CLEANED UP AFTERWARDS AND AFTER 25 YEARS OF BEING A HOMEOWNER I CAN ONLY WISH THERE WERE MORE TECHNICIANS LIKE MARK OF ORCHARD PLUMBING.

Ray did our water heater install.he was very courteous , quick and efficient , He checked our RO system and found leak and immediately shut it down and set up appt with Javi . Javi is their RO expert. He was very professional and knowledgeable. . He explained the problem and the best fix for our issue . He did the install of new RO system . Again he was punctual, , efficient and courteous. I will definitely use Javi again and recommend Red Line plumbing .

I am incredibly impressed with the service I have received from Hips Plumbing! As a real estate investor, I have dealt with many plumbers over the years but Hips responsiveness and customer service far exceeds anyone else! I put out some feelers for toilet repair this morning - the toilet quit flushing during the night. Got a response from Rakeman Plumbing within an hour or so, said they could be out today; I hired them.

The techs showed up this afternoon, went about their work efficiently, with consideration for our home, didn't leave a mess, and were done in fairly short order. Repaired flush valves in two toilets, and replaced the fill valve in one. The cost was more than fair.

Rakeman will get my recommendation if anybody asks me.
