I had an issue where my Hot Water Heater ruptured and flooded part of my house. I called this company afterhours and they set me up with an appointment early the next day. And then they were there when they said they would be and texted me in advance that they were coming. The price for the service was fair and was completed on time. My tech was Saul and I felt very comfortable dealing with him - especially as a woman handling this situtation on my own. I would highly recommend this company.

Myles was great. Originally I was gonna ask him to unclog it. Unfortunately he wasn't able to so I went ahead and have him replace it and it works super well.

After contacting our home warranty we only waited a day or 2 before we recieved a call from THISTLE DKI to set up a time to talk to us and look over the problem. That's when we met Joe mcgoniagl,  he was the one in charge of our job anything we needed to know if we had question we asked Joe and Joe kept us updated on everything. On that Monday Joe brought out the 4 men (Abraham,  Nathon, Jesse and Forest) who fixed the sub floors that same day. They were amazing to watch, they were focused, knowledgeable and professional. Next was the  then came plumbers, the flooring and painting and misc things. They all very nice, professional and knowledgeable, and Joe kept it all organized and handled everything. If you ever have flood or such there the one to call.  Thank you Joe and crew.

Our plumber was competent, courteous, and understanding of our noisy puppy. He arrived with PPE and shoe coverings, which was fantastic! On a Sunday, procuring some of the parts we needed for our toilet was challenging, but plumber went above and beyond to resolve the problem. 5 stars!! Thank you very much!!

After having Goettl plumbing come out last night and try to soak me for 3500to4000 dollars to remove a water purifying unit which was leaking all over my kitchen bottom sink. The bottom was caving in due to the water collection over a period of time. Trish from Roto-Rooter got Tony out right away. He removed unit..wiring..capped it and replaced floorboard after Jason the mitigation expert came out and inspected for mold and water damage thank God there wasn't any or very little no mold. I paid half of what the other company charged.After experiencing such devastation with the loss of family members and a son who took advantage of mom with dementia and took everthing in these tumultuous times I was so happy to have Roto-Rooter on my side.
From Trish on the phone to Tony and Jason and their reputation is impeccable. I cannot thank you enough it was simple and quick and very professional I will use again if I need and refer to my mobile home park. Thank you so much!

Excellent service! Very professional from the first outreach when we had an after hours emergency due to a broken toilet valve. They arrived within one hour of my after hours service request. Fair (upfront price) given on the phone before the technician was even dispatched. I would definitely use them again!

I've dealt with a lot of professional service techs in my life, and I have never come across a more polite, honest, quick yet thorough, friendly, just down right respectful human being than Mason. I hope we don't have another problem, but if we do, it would be a blessing for him to show up. Not telling you what to do, but if I was his boss, he'd be training every single employee I have on how to be professional with a customer.
