I had problem with my bathroom valve and I called many companies around and no one seemed to know what was wrong with it and they wanted to charge me over $1000 for the repair. Luckily I came across MC plumbing and I spoke with a gentleman name Scott who was very knowledgeable and caring. He explained the process to me and worked with me offering to fix my problem for only $200. I saved $800 just calling him. Scott sent Jose to fix my plumbing issue. They were really fast and fixed everything that they promise. I’m glad I found them and I will only be using them. Thanks again

Our neighbors water heater had a leak and I asked Juan if he could look at our water softener when he was done because I didn’t think it was working. No it was not. I didn’t want it fixed, I wanted a new one and Juan installed the new system for us that same afternoon. He knew exactly what he was doing while installing it and me chatting with him the whole time. He promised me silky water and oh my the shower smelled like fresh rain and wonderfully soft. He saw a couple other incorrect installation issues with our old unit and he fixed all that. Such a sweet man and he is an awesome representative of Pure. Thank you Juan!

Ryan and Bobby were awesome! I needed a couple of holes in my walls patched up. I spoke with Ryan in the morning and Bobby called me that evening. Bobby came out the very next day to see what needed to be done. The job was done by the following morning. It's like the holes were never there :)

I called early this morning at 7:30am, our 50 gallon water heater ruptured sometime during the night. At 7:46am, I received a call from Hector Cardenas. Hector let us know he could have someone out by 9am to provide an estimate. By our request, we were able to provide information and pictures via text and get a quote for a new one to be installed today in minutes. At approx. 8:30am, I let him know we wanted to move forward and he was very responsive, letting us know we would have someone here at 10am with a new one to be installed. I received a text confirmation along with name and picture, then another text to let us know Hector was enroute. Hector arrived early, very professional and started to remove the existing tank. He shared knowledge on cleaning the damage. We had also noticed a possible leak from a water stain on the ceiling and asked if we could get an estimate/ possible repair this same visit. Hector was very willing. He took a look at the shower drain that was the source and was easily able to complete the repair if we would cut the drywall. We said okay and by 11am - all repairs were complete. I would strongly recommend Hector Cardenas and trying this company for plumbing, water heater and as he mentioned air conditioning.

From my first call to the completion of the work, this company was spot on. Grace, at Reception Desk was very professional and transferred me to the Owner, Robert. Robert explained some pricing to me and was very personable. I had Shawn, the Plumber out to my house, where he explained everything as he performed the work. Thank you to all involved.

Scheduled on Thursday for Saturday 8-10am. Shows up at 7:35am without a phone call, shirt untucked, arrogantly sauntering to my front door. I wake my partner, he looks at shower with leaking hot water, and then wastes 20 mins asking questions. I explained the problem when he arrived and that we have had it repaired before while he mansplained how intricate and difficult things can be in plumbing. He left at 8am to get parts. When he didn't return by 9:30am I called the company and said we were done. 5 mins later another person from the company calls me and I yelled that for $131.00 an hour was outrageously ridiculous for their lack of professionalism. She wanted to talk but I was done and hung up. BTW got it repaired by someone else for $85.00 with a lesson on how to do it myself next time!

Thank you to YES! Air Conditioning & Heating Co. I had a concern about our system. We scheduled an appt; Ivan was a delightful service tech. Very polite, very kind. He listened as I explained my concern. He checked out the system, and we were finished quickly. He changed our filters while he was here. Thanks again to everyone for a job well done

Excellent service! Very professional from the first outreach when we had an after hours emergency due to a broken toilet valve. They arrived within one hour of my after hours service request. Fair (upfront price) given on the phone before the technician was even dispatched. I would definitely use them again!

Tech Albert was great called to confirm appointment and called prior to arrival, troubleshooting issues report finding to Home Warranty and install new unit. He was professional and courteous, this company I would recommend this company Second Opinion Plumbing to friends and family.

We called American brothers plumbing because our water softener had stopped working and was leaking. Someone came out right away and inspected our system and we observed it was best to get a new system. They were here bright and early the next morning on time and replaced the system. This company is wonderful. They are professional they are friendly they care about the customer and they have a very good business model. I think more companies should follow their lead and be more like them.I'm very pleased and I recommend them a 100%

Had a toilet clog, Helen responded right away with an ETA and was also upfront with pricing. Jerry and his son were knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. He was a pleasure to chat with, would highly recommend!
