From my initial telephone call with Ryan the service was exceptional. Ryan was informative and scheduled me immediately working around my work schedule. Joe was on time and reviewed the renovations I needed, gave excellent suggestions and a fair estimate. On the scheduled job date Joe and his crew arrived on time, were professional, pleasant, careful and considerate of my needs. All work was completed on time and the quality of work performed was exceptional. Edgar did the painting and again I can't emphasize enough how professional and pleasant that he was and the great job he did. Joe was phenomenal and went above and beyond to work with me and I would highly recommend him, Edgar and the whole crew for all your needs.

Excellent water heater repair!!

Amazing, plumbing company – the entire crew at Plumbing Innovations are true professionals! Fast, efficient, and not over priced – work is always top notch and their techs are always total pros. It is a pleasure contracting with them!

Called to get a water filter installed under my sink. Appointment was scheduled and I asked if they could also give me a quote for installing a water softener. Day of the appointment they tried to come an hour before the service window and they only came to give me a quote. If the people in the office can’t even tell their techs what you want done correctly. I’m sure they’ll mess up on the bill - no thanks. I didn’t even let them give me the quote.

On time, pleasant, and professional. Service was performed satisfactorily at a reasonable price.

We requested to have a “Plumber” come to our home to check the plumbing in 2 of our bathrooms. As it stated on their website, they have Plumbers and that they also do tile work. Our request for the Plumber was to address an unpleasant scent that was coming from one of the shower units along with possible tile replacement, and the other issue was for a drain issue in a separate bathroom.

After waiting for 2 days for the Plumber, they sent over an Electrician, who was absolutely clueless on what to do or what the problem was.

This was for a 2nd opinion as we had an actual Plumber come in a few days back. For this company to send an Electrician to our home for Plumbing issues, is/was mind boggling!!

This was A Huge waste of our time and day!

I had a leaky pipe at my house and I called Joe D, the owner and he sent a technician ( Brian ) right away. Brian quoted me and gave me a reasonable price that we agreed upon. He could not start that night as it was a major repair. It involved the major pipe from the main water line, they had to dig deep in my front yard. But he started working on the leak the next day. They did a great job fixing the problem and putting everything back to how my front yard looks before. I highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs.

This is a great plumbing company. They are amazingly responsive and take care of their customers' needs no matter the circumstance. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that they can respond to plumbing emergencies 24 hours a day. If you need a plumber you can trust, you should call these guys.

Friendly, professional, priced right. The best value in town. The crew is punctual, polite, and do quality professional work. Hard to find these days but JR improvements was an absolute pleasure doing business with.

God forbid if they are coming to your house to fix anything. They will hit everyone on the way there. One of their trucks license number 238A11 cut the person off in front of me to avoid the people stopped in the turning lane. Causing them to slam on their brakes and almost having me ram into the back of the car. Then proceed to almost hit another car less than a mile down the road. Very bad drivers not sure how they do fixing stuff.

I was recommended Cobra by a friend that had a great experience with them working in their home. When my house had water damage, they came in and worked with my insurance to put it all back together. I was getting updated through out the whole process when it was time for the next steps in the process. My home looks better then it used to before! I would definitely recommend Cobra to anyone looking for any work needed in their home!!
