Paid $196.02 for a $97.00 part. Total cost with parts and labor $344.77. Rakeman is over priced. We have since found out we could have saved over $150.00 using other companies. Estimate alone was $135.00. Will never use Rakeman again!

After meeting Dave we decided to go ahead with the work because he was very upfront, honest and his quote was a fraction of the other company. We are extremely happy with the work Dave and Dan did. We had a whole home inspection and I can't believe how thorough it was! We have three systems and Chris went through each one and clearly showed the performance of each component and made recommendations for where to invest in maintenance. I would recommend it as a way to head off future problems.
