Yesterday morning, I discovered that the lavatory floor was damp. I researched local plumbers online and discovered that Ward's had an exceptionally high rating and numerous written recommendations. I called and was told a technician would arrive at my residence within an hour. The technician called to inform me of his anticipated arrival time while en route. He immediately identified the issue as an old pipe that was literally disintegrating (he showed me the pipe that was removed). I appreciated the courteous phone and in-person service. The quoted price was the amount levied. No upselling and no annual special contracts. He is now my plumber of choice.

Love these guys. My pool is leaking, I had two previous people out to correct the problem, both diagnosed incorrectly and made and charged me for repairs that didn't correct the problem. He and his brother showed up exactly when they said they would, knew exactly what to do, correctly identified and fixed the problem at a very reasonable price I was happy to pay.

Hands down the best experience I have had with a plumbing company. My toddler put a toy in the toilet and apparently flushed it...leaving us with a clogged toilet.
