I couldn’t be more happy with the service from this company. Especially Juan Castillo! His professionalism and kindness were unmatched. Our water heater broke and he was at our place with in 15 minutes of our landlord calling Pure Plumbing. The water heater was old and he had to order a new one so he was able to by pass the water heater and restore us some water until he could replace the water heater. Juan came back about a day later with a brand new water heater.The water heater is located under the sink in the kitchen because we live in a condo, and it is a PAIN to get to. He was able to get the water heater out and get the new one in with no damage to our counter or cabinets. His attitude and professionalism is unmatched and if we ever need more plumbing work done in the future, we will definitely be calling Pure Plumbing and asking for Juan! Thank you so much for an amazing experience. Definitely 5 stars!!!

We had a toilet overflow upstairs over night and did damage downstairs as well as upstairs. Thistle DKI came out that day and assessed the damage and started clean up and repair immediately! Alex and Richard worked with us very closely and guided us through the insurance process and repair process! All the workers were very helpful and explained exactly what they would be doing!They are very thorough and competent! The work was done perfectly! We highly recommend Thistle DKI!

On Easter Sunday the pipes under my kitchen sink were leaking badly. I googled 24 hour emergency plumbing services and was routed to Roto Rooter. I contacted them and they advised a plumber would call within 30 mins. The plumber called shortly after and advised he was already on the way to my home. He showed up and fixed the problem within an hour. I was extremely impressed by how quickly everything was resolved, even on a holiday. And still no leaks today!

This company was absolutely fantastic!! They were responsive and compassionate to my need for emergency plumbing services. They got me on their schedule immediately and went to work to repair my main waterline in relativity short order. They were timely and professional. They even cleaned up after the work. I would like to voice my opinion loud and clear: DO NOT USE AQUA PLUMBING in Las Vegas. They have the worst customer service snd especially Kelly is extremely rude and incompetent.

Turn on water heater

We called Second Opinion Plumbing to help us replace a main line for our rental property that kept getting backed up and couldn’t be happier with our decision. Albert showed up earlier than we expected to make sure he had everything needed and set up. We were removing a tree that we thought was causing the issue with the main line. He explained what he believed was the issue and jumped right in to confirm where the problem was by using the camera and locator. Our issue was a belly in the main line. He saw we were struggling with removing a tree trunk and went above and beyond by helping us remove it. Shortly after the tree was removed he was digging with his excavator and quickly found the main. Prior to calling Second Opinion Plumbing we considered doing the digging ourselves but we would’ve spent all day digging that much with our shovels and picks. The main sewer line dropped to below 5.5’ at the tie-in connection to the street. Albert was very professional and friendly throughout. We will recommend him and his company to all our family and friends. The quality and workmanship of his services is second to none. Thank you Albert and Second Opinion Plumbing!

Would highly recommend hiring Catania and Son Plumbing. I hired them to replace a faucet in a rental home and they provided a competitive quote and coordinated the work with the tenant. The tenant reported they were very nice and the work was done well.

Update: We needed a plumber again recently and did not hesitate to call them for another quote. They answered on a weekend, gave a fair quote and did another great job.
