Wayne and Basial are a must hire. They were very persistence in pinpointing and detecting exactly where our leak was which it was 6 feet under ground in our garage. These two brothers where very persistence in excavating a large hole, soldering the copperline and checking to make sure we did have any other leaks. They are reasonably honest, and trustworthy. I had four plumbers before Artie came out and each one had no idea why my water was pressure low. It must be the well, four other houses are on the same well and not having anything close to my problem. Artie, sent Trevor a very nice young man who explained everything to my wife as I was not home. He looked at a few things and came the conclusion that it was an old valve and it was it took him 30 minutes to fix it. No more standing in the shower with soap all over me and nothing coming out of the shower head, because one of the kids flushed the toilet!

Impact was great to work with. I had a small plumbing emergency that they were able to fit me in their schedule and get it fixed quickly. Because they were so great to work with I set them up to come out and change my water softener at a later date. They did a great job getting it done quickly and professionally. I have been using it for 6 months now and have had no problems. I will definitely continue using Impact for any plumbing needs.

I have used Simply for the past two years. They have installed my air conditioning unit, my heating unit and my water softener. I have used them for all my plumbing needs. Last summer, Steve came to determine why my thermostat was not communicating with the heating unit. He explained, just like a doctor, what he was going to do to diagnose the problem. He took out his phone which had a Bluetooth app which connected to the unit and, after a few tests to see that everything was in working order, he found the problem. It was simply a dirty filter. As simple as that may sound, it was a major problem in not allowing the sensitive heating unit to operate. He throughly explained why a filter was necessary, the type of filters available, how often they need to be changed ( more so in air conditioning weather). He then took the time to show me the app on his phone regarding what the furnace was “saying” as to why it was wasn’t working.
It’s obvious that Steve enjoys his job. But, more importantly, he’s extremely knowledgeable.
Over the past two weeks, I’ve had problems again with my unit, which, it turns out, are with the breaker tripping. Shawn came two weeks ago and we thought the problem was resolved. However, it did it again last night. Steve came, and, once again he explained how the unit is constructed, and how it connects to the breaker panel. While I will have to address this latest problem with an electrician, I have peace of mind knowing exactly what the problem is. And, the electrician will consult with Steve to get this issue fixed properly!
One of the pleasures of dealing with Simply is that they truly take care of their returning customers. I have always had such pleasant conversations with either Becky or Rochelle who are the first ones to talk to, or with anyone who comes to my house. Everyone has been prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. Never has anyone tried to upsell, a quality which I find very important. If they did, I wouldn’t call them back!

Miguel was at my house today to reroute pipes due to a leak. He was very through and professional. He worked steadily and quickly to finish the job. He cleaned up everything when he was done. The leak was fixed and pipes rerouted. I find Lange Plumbing to be honest and reasonably priced. I would recommend them to anyone and happily use them again myself.
