I had our American Homeshield request service for our air conditioner...it was feeling warm. Air Squad Air conditioning , heating & plumbing was dispatched to work on my AC today (8/5/23). Vadyn diagnosed the problem and found that the power switch was off (oh my goodness!). He also inspected the units and component and explained to us how the unit works. Vadyn ensured everything was working fine by testing the air flow/temp before leaving and also welcomed us to contact the company if we experience issues. His work ethics are spot on and we feel 100% trust in his knowledge and experience. We were treated very politely. This company prides themselves with integrity and strives for excellence. Butter Plumbing is one great business. They sent two technicians (Mark and Milo) . Both are very knowledgeable and have great customer service skills. Put those two together and you are indeed doing great business. Fast,reasonable and reliable. For plumbing issues, this is definitely our go to source. Great job to Butter Plumbing. I've dealt with a lot of professional service techs in my life, and I have never come across a more polite, honest, quick yet thorough, friendly, just down right respectful human being than Mason. I hope we don't have another problem, but if we do, it would be a blessing for him to show up. Not telling you what to do, but if I was his boss, he'd be training every single employee I have on how to be professional with a customer.

We had a leak from our bathroom sinks and couldn’t figure out where or how it was happening. Mark Peji showed up right on time and it took him seconds to identify the issue, find pieces we needed and fix it for us. He was extremely thorough and went through some things with us it thought it may be helpful to know. I couldn’t be more grateful for his kindness and knowledge, and his help!
