I have just had a very pleasant experience with MC Plumbing. I called for emergency service on my water heater. They came almost immediately, and the new water heater was installed and all taken care of within about two hours ! It couldn't have been better service. And reasonably priced, as well.

We had a Faucet that was really loose and in a vary hard spot to fix. We called Pure Plumbing and specifically asked for Alex to come fix the problem. He was on time and worked through the problem so fast while answering all my questions. Alex was amazing and I will definitely call and request him again if we have any other issues. He went out of his way to inform us of everything we need to know and was friendly. Thank you again for all the help.

There aren't enough words to describe how happy I was with their service. They presented themselves in a professional manor and repaired the laundry faucets in such a way that I believe they will outlive the house. They arrived early and were done in less than an hour. They cleaned everything up, took the old parts and left things cleaner than when they arrived. Do not hesitate to call them for your plumbing needs. You will not be disappointed at all. My ac went out, so I called them first thing in the morning. It only took 2hrs for the tech to show up, diagnose and get my ac back up and running! They also sent text updates, as well as a photo of the vehicle and tech that were dispatched, which was nice! 10/10 will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

The YES/Blue Apple AC technician suggested and drafted a proposal for repair - that my air conditioner was oxidizing and had daisy-chained condensers, causing an imbalance in my unit, causing it to overheat, and said it could shut down at any time. Any unit can shut down at any time. This tactic to scare me, the homeowner, was unsuccessful, as I have a family member come the next day, an HVAC technician who has been for 34 years in the valley double-check this new issue on this routine maintenance check. After inspecting the two condenser batteries in one unit and one condenser, or what I call batteries in the other, he explained that there was nothing wrong with the unit; he told me that this was just NOT TRUE. They both had equal and correct amperage and no need for concern. The brown on the fan motor at the top is normal as the units do heat, and that causes the paint on the motor head to brown. ALL units have some degree of discoloration. In other words, AC units are made to dis-spell heat which almost always causes paint to turn brown or peel. This resin is usually set by the high temperatures. Appliances with metal components are vulnerable to corrosion, especially if exposed to outdoor conditions; THIS IS NORMAL. This technician, LIKE SO MANY in our valley, was trying to UPCHARGE me. I suspect this is the sales model most electric, plumbing, and HVAC companies use to make money. No wonder they are willing to come to the house on a service agreement at no charge. But it didn't fool me, and Thank you; I will keep my $900 in my pocket!
Don't change out something that was never defective. IF IT IS NOT BROKEN, DON'T FIX IT. If your AC unit fan stops, turn off the AC and call a tech. If your compressor stops humming or changes sound, turn off your unit and call someone; if your AC is blowing warm, turn off your unit and call someone. STOP replacing parts that THEY TELL YOU WILL QUIT WORKING. Yes, your machines can stop anytime, but wait until they do; some last 15 years, some less. I have three HVAC services that I double-check each other because I was ripped as a single mom. I didn't want to inconvenience a family member. Now I do both, verify all recommendations made by family and other AC companies I have hired. Don't fall for this way of doing business. Be a savvy homeowner, especially single parents and older people. Good luck! All these pictures are normal wear and tear.

Paid $196.02 for a $97.00 part. Total cost with parts and labor $344.77. Rakeman is over priced. We have since found out we could have saved over $150.00 using other companies. Estimate alone was $135.00. Will never use Rakeman again!
