The call staff was friendly James kept me informed on when the plumbers would be out. The plumbers arrived within the prescribed time window. The truck and technicians were professional appearing. No hassle, or troubles at all.

i rarely write Google reviews but based upon our experience Aqua Plumbing deserves a highly enthusiastic positive review from a series of plumbing repairs and installations. These include installation of large items (water heater, water softener......) and smaller but important items (faucets,........). The office staff (Kelly and crew) are helpful and the master plumber who helps us (Raymond) is excellent. They suggest quality items and also worked with us on a specific item we needed. Excellent.

Mark was able to sort an issue we've had with our central heating for the last year within a few hours.

We've had 3 different plumbers come out before Mark who were unable to resolve the issue.

Mark took the time to explain everything he was doing and also went into detail about maintenance and how to deal with this issue in the future.

I called to schedule an appointment and the plumber made my repair the same day! Ron was respectful of my home and covered his shoes with booties. He gave me three options for completing the service and explained the advantages and disadvantages of each. I was given an estimate and made my selection. Ron changed out several faucets and I no am no longer wasting precious water, due to drips and leaks. I have used Pure Plumbing in the past and I would not hesitate to call the company for any future plumbing repair.
