Willing to come late in afternoon to work. Very kind guy Ron. We enjoy having service people in our home that are professional, and kind. very helpful.

Customer service and skills are great! The consult and repair time was faster than other companies we consulted with. We had an old water heater and defective H20 softener that needed replacing.
Everyone likes Hot, or warm water to clense with. Needless, to say No job is to large or small for the Plumbing Kings. The servicemen surpassed our expectations on the repairs. We are glad to have had such a great team to assist us with our water issues.

Awesome service!

Had a leaking water valve. Arrived on time and completed the work quickly.

I called the office to ask how to obtain an employment verification.
The woman did not say her name and did not want to give it to me.
Her tone of voice was as if I was bothering her.

She advised me to email the request so I did.

I called the office back and asked to speak to the manager to inquire if they received the request. The same dispatcher Who answered the phone previously refused to transfer me.

If they treated people with more respect he would not see so many one star reviews.

i rarely write Google reviews but based upon our experience Aqua Plumbing deserves a highly enthusiastic positive review from a series of plumbing repairs and installations. These include installation of large items (water heater, water softener......) and smaller but important items (faucets,........). The office staff (Kelly and crew) are helpful and the master plumber who helps us (Raymond) is excellent. They suggest quality items and also worked with us on a specific item we needed. Excellent.

They never answer the phone or respond to the contact us submission form/voicemails- are they still in business? Ive been calling for about a week and no response.

Outstanding Service!!! Vadym really knows what he's doing and he's very professional. He also answered all my questions in great detail. Fast response, great communication and great service. What else can you ask for?! I will always recommend you guys.

MC plumbing provided great service. Problem was diagnosed quickly. I will use their service again in the future.

Travis came in on time, he is very friendly and so easy to communicate with, explaining what kind of services needed to be repaired and gave us options of choice to choose. Within several hours, we have three new toilets to use🤩. We really appreciate his professionalism and got the job done so well…Two thumbs up for Travis👍👍

Thank you to YES! Air Conditioning & Heating Co. I had a concern about our system. We scheduled an appt; Ivan was a delightful service tech. Very polite, very kind. He listened as I explained my concern. He checked out the system, and we were finished quickly. He changed our filters while he was here. Thanks again to everyone for a job well done
