Vallywide came out to find out leak. We don't have a shut off valve, which makes the process more complicated. The guys who came where trust worth, and this will be the company I go to in the future. Also, they have good prices in comparison.

I rarely post negative comments about services from a company. However, for those interested in reading, this is simply a caution. For some reason, we were not customers who experienced the same wonderful service so many others have reported.We developed a slow drainage problem in the kitchen. Attempting to repair it ourselves, we dropped a small tool down the pipe. Frustrated by two problems now, we called Pure Plumbing for an estimate. They agreed to come by the following day, and gave us an 8:00 to 5:00 window for arrival.The repairman, Ron, was professional and pleasant, and asked questions to apply discounts to reduce the price of the service. He used his camera for less than a minute to locate the tool and told us it had dropped down into the drain a few feet. The charge was $307 for that service, but he said it would be credited to the final bill. After some telephone calls, he concluded it was possible the entire kitchen island would need to be removed. Furthermore, the repair may include cutting into the cabinets and drywall, and possibly break-up and replace the foundation of the house. All this for a mere…. [drum roll], $7,600.After several hours of frustration, I cancelled the service. I called another plumber who came to the house and looked at the problem. He was here 30 minutes and removed the tool and unclogged the plumbing. His total price was $250. That was less than the use of a camera from Pure Plumbing.So, caution! You may think about a second opinion when evaluating a plumbing repair. We used Pure Plumbing to purchase a new hot water heater a few years ago which was guaranteed for 10 years of service. We did not shop around because we needed immediate attention. The price was $1,800They do come out once a year to drain and refill the water heater for free.

I was very impressed with Thistle DKI, and instead of throwing up objections, Bobby, our contractor was extremely helpful and was able to go above and beyond in meeting our expectations for our home repair. His technicians worked efficiently and did spectacular work - we are so impressed with our new flooring and painting throughout our house that we are tempted to contract them for additional work in the near future! There aren't enough words to describe how happy I was with their service. They presented themselves in a professional manor and repaired the laundry faucets in such a way that I believe they will outlive the house. They arrived early and were done in less than an hour. They cleaned everything up, took the old parts and left things cleaner than when they arrived. Do not hesitate to call them for your plumbing needs. You will not be disappointed at all. Be sure to let them know if you are a senior or veteran.

Another 5 star review for these guys! After a fantastic job last year helping me out with a different issue, I knew as soon as I saw a new leak who I'd be calling.

Chris came out today, quoted me a fair price and took care of my problem quickly. He is a super friendly guy I enjoyed chatting with who was happy to explain everything to me before, during and after the repair.

I hope not to need a plumber again, but as a homeowner, it is of course inevitable. I am really happy I found a plumber I trust!

Excellent! I'm so glad I found this company! Called them on Saturday at 10:30 AM for an outside leak after receiving an outrageous quote from another plumber. By 5:45PM, Anthony had dispatched, investigated, quoted, dug up the yard, left to get the parts he needed and completed the repair, and for significantly less than the other quotes I'd received.

Anthony even identified a potential future issue (of which I was already aware) and gave me a very reasonable quote for the preventative maintenance that will likely save me from future leaks and repairs.

Dealing with expensive home repairs is obviously something no one looks forward to, but all in all, I'm very happy with the service performed by Anthony and American Brothers and once I save enough in the budget to complete the maintenance they recommended, they'll be my only call.

He was extremely professional, competent, and pleasant to work with. My washer and dryer have been performing admirably, and I'm pleased with the results.

They were great!! Plummer gave options on how to fix my sprinklers. It was good to have an options that fit my budget in an emergency situation.

These guys are great. They come out and really want to know what's going on. Their prices are really reasonable. I had initially made a huge error in calling The Sunny Plumber AKA Goettl Plumbing and they wanted to charge me $20,000.00 because they said that I needed walls torn out, etc. I then called In House for a second opinion and they came out and showed me that Sunny Plumber had turned down the water heater to warm. Once it was turned back up to the normal temperature we had no issues with it. I really appreciate In House for their honesty

Much Better Plumbing replaced my broken water softener. Daniel and Jesus are very professional and is who I will call for now on, and I will tell all my friends and family about them
