The service rep was able to diagnose both problems. He installed a new garbage disposal and was able to fix the loose shower handle. He was very professional and was able to completely explain what each problem was and what options were available. Both the shower and garbage disposal are now working fine and I couldn't have asked for more. Very satisfied and would definitely use Pure Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

On Easter Sunday the pipes under my kitchen sink were leaking badly. I googled 24 hour emergency plumbing services and was routed to Roto Rooter. I contacted them and they advised a plumber would call within 30 mins. The plumber called shortly after and advised he was already on the way to my home. He showed up and fixed the problem within an hour. I was extremely impressed by how quickly everything was resolved, even on a holiday. And still no leaks today!

There aren't enough words to describe how happy I was with their service. They presented themselves in a professional manor and repaired the laundry faucets in such a way that I believe they will outlive the house. They arrived early and were done in less than an hour.
