Rudy is an asset and a great representative for this Company. He was clean, pleasant, respectful and efficient. Changed my RO water filters, cleaned up the area and did a thorough inspection of his work to assure there were no leaks.

In speaking with my home insurance representative, they offered to have one of their contractors come to my home to mitigate water damage from a ceiling leak and I was shocked when I was told not only could Thistle DKI come out today, but they’d be over within 2 hours!! That is incredible. Service tech, Reynaldo, was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He came prepared and completed the mitigation setup in less than an hour. He answered all my questions and discussed next steps with me. I have dealt with a ceiling leak before and it was a stressful, unnecessarily lengthy and drawn out process to get everything fixed. But not this time. I feel much more confident and reassured that my house will be good as new in a timely manner thanks to Thistle DKI. I look forward to working with them until the job is completed.
