Our plumber was competent, courteous, and understanding of our noisy puppy. He arrived with PPE and shoe coverings, which was fantastic! On a Sunday, procuring some of the parts we needed for our toilet was challenging, but plumber went above and beyond to resolve the problem. 5 stars!! Thank you very much!!

On Easter Sunday the pipes under my kitchen sink were leaking badly. I googled 24 hour emergency plumbing services and was routed to Roto Rooter. I contacted them and they advised a plumber would call within 30 mins. The plumber called shortly after and advised he was already on the way to my home. He showed up and fixed the problem within an hour. I was extremely impressed by how quickly everything was resolved, even on a holiday. And still no leaks today!

There aren't enough words to describe how happy I was with their service. They presented themselves in a professional manor and repaired the laundry faucets in such a way that I believe they will outlive the house. They arrived early and were done in less than an hour. They cleaned everything up, took the old parts and left things cleaner than when they arrived. Do not hesitate to call them for your plumbing needs. You will not be disappointed at all. Excellent service! Very professional from the first outreach when we had an after hours emergency due to a broken toilet valve. They arrived within one hour of my after hours service request. Fair (upfront price) given on the phone before the technician was even dispatched. I would definitely use them again!

I had been without water for 4 days because the first guy that came out said he couldn't fix the leak til the water from the leak dried up. I live in a mobile home so I proceeded to remove all the skirting from the back end of my home to give the ground a chance to dry up. Then this other guy comes to give me an estimate on how much and then says this will be an easy fix, I can do it right now!!!!! How wonderful!! I hadn't had running water in days!!!! Thank goodness for Junior!!!! If you want a job well done and quick, make sure you get Junior to do it for you! If it wasn't for him, I'm sure I wouldn't have my water back on. Thanks again!

Highly recommend! We recently had to replace and repair a lot of pipes around our water heater, and get our hot water re circulation system working again. Roman was in the neighborhood and stopped by for a free quote. He showed up promptly on time and got the work done quickly. It looks great, and now we have instant hot water again! They have great communication and some automated computer software which is smart phone friendly too. [ EDIT ] We had a small problem with one part of the work, and Roman came out right away to fix it for free, even thought he was here a full hour. They are a young company, but very responsible. 5 Stars.
