Best Outdoor Plumbing System Repair in North Las Vegas NV

Blue Diamond was hired through my home warranty company. They came out quickly but we were met by a rude technician that in my opinion, it feels like he wrote the diagnosis in such a manner that the claim would be denied and then offered to fix the problem for $350 cash. I turned down that offer because it felt shady.
The technician said he would submit the claim, wait for a response from the home warranty and tell us the result. He disappeared into his truck and just drove away instead of telling us the claim was denied. (I think he did this on purpose because he figured he was not going to get the job done for cash like he wanted)
I would not recommend this company!

We found Pure Plumbing googling water leak detection. When calling, Jenny the customer service representative was super helpful, listened to my concerns and beyond understanding of our needs. She was immediately able to schedule us for that morning and a plumber arrived within two hours.Myles, the plumber, that arrived, was absolutely amazing. Professional, listened to all our concerns and informed us of the process to detect this unknown leak of ours.After taking the time we realized it was our kids toilet that was quitely running with old plumbing. Unfortunately, this is what had increased our water bill over $200 for the month. I had no idea that that would cause it. Myles didn't make me feel like an idiot, although I sure felt like one. Instead, He adjusted the inner plumbing to stop it in future and he was that fixed our leak. Thank God that's all it was. Because of the super professionalism, friendliness and immediate service,We will definitely be using Pure Plumbing for all of our future needs. Thank you Myles, Jenny and Pure Plumbing!

Robert explained some pricing to me and was very personable. I had Shawn, the Plumber out to my house, where he explained everything as he performed the work. Thank you to all involved.

Horrible customer service! When scheduling, dispatcher said they don't make appointments and basically told me that the technician couldn't wait more than 20/30 minutes for someone to get to our house. So, I rushed over to the house and the technician wasn't even sure of the issue with our water heater. He went and spoke to someone on his phone while smoking a cigarette in his truck and then came out still smoking his cigarette in our garage and said they have to replace the whole water heater and then said you can go ahead and leave because it's going to be a while.... Who even says that???
