I cannot speak highly enough of Blue Diamond plumbing! Everyone we've seen has been so professional and honest. Andy and Taran are the best! When another company told our home warranty company we had abused the toilet and they wouldn't cover it, Andy came out as a second opinion and fixed it in under an hour! Again, we needed a second opinion and Taran came out when above and beyond to help diagnose our leak. Even the lady in the office is so patient and kind. My property never had a purge valve installed on the heating system , after some research I decided to select this company based on reviews. I was a little bit nervous but boy was I impress with their professionalism and knowledge. Steve came out and accessed the work that needed to be done and quoted me right there on the spot . After being unable to have another company replace our leaking water heater and waiting over a week I contacted TECHCOOL. This was on a Monday morning and by noon they were at my house with a water heater of my choice to install. They were professional and did an EXCELLENT JOB. I recommend them highly!

On Easter Sunday the pipes under my kitchen sink were leaking badly. I googled 24 hour emergency plumbing services and was routed to Roto Rooter. I contacted them and they advised a plumber would call within 30 mins. The plumber called shortly after and advised he was already on the way to my home. He showed up and fixed the problem within an hour. I was extremely impressed by how quickly everything was resolved, even on a holiday. And still no leaks today!

There aren't enough words to describe how happy I was with their service. They presented themselves in a professional manor and repaired the laundry faucets in such a way that I believe they will outlive the house. They arrived early and were done in less than an hour. They cleaned everything up, took the old parts and left things cleaner than when they arrived. Do not hesitate to call them for your plumbing needs. You will not be disappointed at all. The YES/Blue Apple AC technician suggested and drafted a proposal for repair - that my air conditioner was oxidizing and had daisy-chained condensers, causing an imbalance in my unit, causing it to overheat, and said it could shut down at any time. Any unit can shut down at any time. This tactic to scare me, the homeowner, was unsuccessful, as I have a family member come the next day, an HVAC technician who has been for 34 years in the valley double-check this new issue on this routine maintenance check. After inspecting the two condenser batteries in one unit and one condenser, or what I call batteries in the other, he explained that there was nothing wrong with the unit; he told me that this was just NOT TRUE. They both had equal and correct amperage and no need for concern. The brown on the fan motor at the top is normal as the units do heat, and that causes the paint on the motor head to brown. ALL units have some degree of discoloration. In other words, AC units are made to dis-spell heat which almost always causes paint to turn brown or peel. This resin is usually set by the high temperatures. Appliances with metal components are vulnerable to corrosion, especially if exposed to outdoor conditions; THIS IS NORMAL. This technician, LIKE SO MANY in our valley, was trying to UPCHARGE me. I suspect this is the sales model most electric, plumbing, and HVAC companies use to make money. No wonder they are willing to come to the house on a service agreement at no charge. But it didn't fool me, and Thank you; I will keep my $900 in my pocket!
Don't change out something that was never defective. IF IT IS NOT BROKEN, DON'T FIX IT. If your AC unit fan stops, turn off the AC and call a tech. If your compressor stops humming or changes sound, turn off your unit and call someone; if your AC is blowing warm, turn off your unit and call someone. STOP replacing parts that THEY TELL YOU WILL QUIT WORKING. Yes, your machines can stop anytime, but wait until they do; some last 15 years, some less. I have three HVAC services that I double-check each other because I was ripped as a single mom. I didn't want to inconvenience a family member. Now I do both, verify all recommendations made by family and other AC companies I have hired. Don't fall for this way of doing business. Be a savvy homeowner, especially single parents and older people. Good luck! All these pictures are normal wear and tear.

Amazing customer service, great techs, have done maintenance, whole house carbon filtration system purchase and install, and water softener system purchase and install.

Our hot water heater would no longer ignite. I called Techcool at 9:30 am, and at 11:30 the technician was at our door. By 1:30 pm, we had a new water heater installed. Zach, the technician, was professionnel, courteous and very patient in explaining the work that needed to be done. I would highly recommend this company and Zach!

Called them out for a leak flooding my home, they came out right away and fixed the issue! Would definitely recommend.

Called for a water leak on side of garage. Was pleasantly surprised that the office called me and said they will try and get someone out the day of. Tech called about an hour later and said will he out later in the day. The service tech was to the point and gotnon the issue right away. He was ex Military and learned the trade while serving. Very professional and I appreciated the work that was performed and reasonable price.

I heard water running for over an hour but couldn’t see any evidence of where it was going—no water anywhere. When I called, the dispatcher was able to have someone at my home within an hour! The tech did a thorough investigation and determined the reason for the rushing water sound. Everyone involved in this interaction was very professional and I felt they were concerned about my satisfaction. I would definitely use this company again.
