Steven was the technician who came to my house this morning. He was very knowledgeable . I am not sure of the young ladies name who I initially spoke with in the office to make my appointment. She was an absolute sweetheart to deal with. Thank you for being an awesome company and helping me.

Very responsive and professional. I recommend this company. They replaced a water heater, Moen handle cartridge with water spout and installed a water softener for me. Great work. These guys are amazing.

Me and my husband's water bill continue to go higher so we decided to call a plumber. After talking to 3 plumbing companies, we were unhappy with their estimated price. We thought it was too high for just fixing a leak.
Towards the end of the day, I found them on google with high rated review so I gave it a go and called. Wayne answered the phone, told him our situation and told us right off the bat how much it would be and how long it would take. His knowledge and confidence about his job, won me over the phone. When he came over with his brother, he didn't disappoint us. He stayed true to his words and he knows the job. He stuck with the price we discussed on the phone and it only took them 2 hours! They don't BS you! He's a straight up honest guy who knows exactly what he's doing plus they are likeable! If you have plumbing issues, look no further...I highly recommend them!

I was looking to hopefully flush out my water heater because we were frequently running out of hot water when family stayed sometimes on weekends while in town. I liked the technician that came to my house. Unfortunately, I don't remember his name, but he treated me like a person and not like a dumb female or potential sale. He answered all of my questions professionally and was very kind and helpful. He explained to me why it was futile to try and flush the existing water heater, because it was an unknown amount of years of neglect before we bought the house two years prior. The price was quite reasonable to replace and even upgrade to a larger unit. I will definitely recommend them to neighbors and use them again if ever needed for plumbing issues.

I called them because of the reviews they had here on Yelp. I spoke with Kyle and explained my bathroom sink was leaking. He said someone could be out same day in a few hours. They sent a text confirming the time and a text when the technician was en route. Jaylyn arrived, listened to my issue, looked at my sink and said it was a quick fix! The price he gave was excellent! He was in and out within the hour. He was so professional and kind and even went the extra mile to go purchase a part that was cracked at no additional cost! Steve F. & Maritza are fantastic! Shorty after making a phone call to the managing office, Steve called to introduce himself & Simply AC. Steve is so polite and shows genuine concern. The lack of customer service that is so rampant in Las Vegas HAS NOT penetrated this company. Steve is friendly & professional, he took the time to listen to my concerns. After carefully inspecting my HVAC, Steve patiently explained the issues and stated the needed parts were still under warranty. (No price gouging here !!). Before leaving he ordered the needed parts. First thing this morning I received an happy & excited call from Maritza, informing me of my options for scheduling an appointment TODAY, the needed parts were already available. 30 minutes before Steve was to return I received a 2nd phone call to let me know he was on his way and Steve showed up right on time. True to his word, the repairs took less than an hour and my AC is running like the fridge I remember. Definitely 5 Star service. So very grateful to Steve & Simply AC for going ABOVE & BEYOND the Las Vegas norm. Jesse was absolutely wonderful. He found the problem and was able to solve it it in a timely manner. He worked with the HOA and the City in regards to shutting off the water to get the work done. Couldn't have asked for better service and the price was unbeatable. I tried. I got ripped off before I found this company. I really appreciate you guys. Will definitely keep you in my phone book.
