When I informed them I didn't want to undertake the more comprehensive recommendation work, they changed their minds and offered me a different option. Overall, I couldn't be more pleased! Thank you, and your team (I didn't catch his name).

These people scammed me charged me $965 to change fuses and connections and left he blower and motor not properly secured.

Excellent water heater repair!!

I recently chose Air Pro Master to have my air conditioner and air handler replaced after investigating several other options in the valley. The reasons I chose Air Pro Master was first of all the name brand of the equipment (Lennex), the professionalism of the general manager, Tim, and the price.

The installation team did an excellent job and were very careful during the installation. My air handler was in the attic and they were excellent in getting the old unit out and the new unit in with minimal damage. By the way, Tim sent out a dry wall expert to repair and touch up the dry wall and he did an excellent job!

The installation team had to place a thermostat downstairs since I elected to have a two zone system put and did an excellent job. I also elected to have a air purifying system put in which I highly recommend.

The other reason that I would recommend it that Tim was very responsive to my every need and sent out his tech, Andrew, whom by the way, is very knowledgeable and was helpful in setting up my Nest thermostat to my phone and explained the features in a professional manner.

All in all I really appreciate Tim, the general manager, showing his concern and being helpful in getting my installation complete.

I have to say, that my wife and I are very particular and Tim recognized that right off. My 5 star rating goes to Air Pro Master and I would advise everyone to at least give them a chance to prove their value. This is a very big expense and you as I did should get all the details to make a decision that you are comfortable and satisfied as I am with this purchase.

Jacob sent his team for an initial plumbing repair; a leak was missed by a junior technician which caused some water damage to my drywall ceiling. Not a problem..accidents happen.Once alerted, Jacob operated with a sense-of-urgency, attention-to-detail and integrity by correcting and re-inspecting all work done. Jus had this company cone out my water pressure in my master bath is just a trickle. Not as bad as in other rooms but for sure not normal. My service provider was here for 15 min and told us that we needed service on my water softener loop as well as our hot water heater. I asked if we get these serviced would they make a return visit if we are still having the issue. I was told that we needed to again go thru the Home warranty. So not I wait to make another appointment thru my HW. I feel that i was dismissed because of the home warranty rather then paying another visit and getting to the bottom of the issue. SHAME SHAME ON THE RECEPTIONIST FOR NOT GIVING me the time of day.

These guys rock. I called on a Sunday evening and had a new water heater installed first thing the next morning. Excellent work, excellent customer service. Any questions I had were answered instantly. Couldn't have asked for anything better. This is a standard that all companies should strive to achieve.
