After having Goettl plumbing come out last night and try to soak me for 3500to4000 dollars to remove a water purifying unit which was leaking all over my kitchen bottom sink. The bottom was caving in due to the water collection over a period of time. Trish from Roto-Rooter got Tony out right away. He removed unit..wiring..capped it and replaced floorboard after Jason the mitigation expert came out and inspected for mold and water damage thank God there wasn't any or very little no mold. I paid half of what the other company charged.After experiencing such devastation with the loss of family members and a son who took advantage of mom with dementia and took everthing in these tumultuous times I was so happy to have Roto-Rooter on my side.
From Trish on the phone to Tony and Jason and their reputation is impeccable. I cannot thank you enough it was simple and quick and very professional I will use again if I need and refer to my mobile home park. Thank you so much!

We recently moved into a home in Las Vegas. Shortly after we moved in we received a notice from the water district saying there was high water usage at our home. We called 3 plumbing companies to come give us bids on replacing the water main line from the meter to the house. Monte was the only one who seemed to know what he was talking about. He gave us the lowest bid and left us with a lasting impression. There was no doubt in our minds he was the best man for the job. Monte and his crew came to do the repair today. They did a great job and left the front yard and other areas in better shape then when they got there. Monte is so friendly and personable and easy to talk to. We needed to install a water pressure regulator valve that was a bit complex due to our piping. This plumber was able to give a quote over the phone, came to do the job promptly, and did an excellent job. Will use them in the future.

Scott was diligent and persistent on solving my difficult drainage issue at our commercial facility. He finally solved the problem and we're back up and running again!

Problems we thought were our dishwasher were actually with the softener. Focus fixed everything and was great to work with. Also, membership in their program is great!...they came out the same day. All their personnel are friendly and explain things clearly.
