I had a new Kohler sink, faucet and garbage disposal installed that I purchased at Home Depot. Homero and Robert did the work and I couldn’t be happier with results. Now to be fully transparent, the estimate was higher than other companies but the estimate was very detailed and there was no pressure for me to agree to the quote. Every experience I have had with MC Plumbing has been excellent.

After having Goettl plumbing come out last night and try to soak me for 3500to4000 dollars to remove a water purifying unit which was leaking all over my kitchen bottom sink. The bottom was caving in due to the water collection over a period of time. Trish from Roto-Rooter got Tony out right away. He removed unit..wiring..capped it and replaced floorboard after Jason the mitigation expert came out and inspected for mold and water damage thank God there wasn't any or very little no mold. I paid half of what the other company charged.After experiencing such devastation with the loss of family members and a son who took advantage of mom with dementia and took everthing in these tumultuous times I was so happy to have Roto-Rooter on my side.

There aren't enough words to describe how happy I was with their service. They presented themselves in a professional manor and repaired the laundry faucets in such a way that I believe they will outlive the house. They arrived early and were done in less than an hour. They cleaned everything up, took the old parts and left things cleaner than when they arrived. Do not hesitate to call them for your plumbing needs. You will not be disappointed at all. After having an unpleasant experience with another company, we were assigned Tech Cool Plumbing and AC through our home warranty. They came quickly, diagnosed the issue and most importantly were honest about what needed to be repaired. Another company was charging us almost $800 more than Tech Cool. Thanks to them we are ready for the summer.

We called Second Opinion Plumbing to help us replace a main line for our rental property that kept getting backed up and couldn’t be happier with our decision. Albert showed up earlier than we expected to make sure he had everything needed and set up. We were removing a tree that we thought was causing the issue with the main line. He explained what he believed was the issue and jumped right in to confirm where the problem was by using the camera and locator. Our issue was a belly in the main line. He saw we were struggling with removing a tree trunk and went above and beyond by helping us remove it. Shortly after the tree was removed he was digging with his excavator and quickly found the main. Prior to calling Second Opinion Plumbing we considered doing the digging ourselves but we would’ve spent all day digging that much with our shovels and picks. The main sewer line dropped to below 5.5’ at the tie-in connection to the street. Albert was very professional and friendly throughout. Wow, this plumbing company is amazing. They deserve more than a “5” star rating. I made an appointment and Helen was one of the friendliest persons I have ever talked to over the phone. After asking what services I needed she provided me with the initial costs for the required tasks. I appreciated her professionalism and valued knowing what to expect. Jerry, the owner of the company, came on time at the scheduled appointment date and is very responsive. He is an extremely experienced plumber and completed the work with competence and proficiency. I highly recommend this company to anybody that requires plumbing services.

I don’t know how to start very bad attitude starts from Front Desk and goes on they did some service my location I don’t even know and never send bill or notice I find out from Land Lord they put lien on the property for only $450 service charge anyway we try to make it happen try to pay they so Mean and not take a payment until I see the person serve me paper after 45 days with no notice I need to make appointment for her this is ridiculous never again I will never recommend anybody this people very bad management

I had four plumbers before Artie came out and each one had no idea why my water was pressure low. It must be the well, four other houses are on the same well and not having anything close to my problem. Artie, sent Trevor a very nice young man who explained everything to my wife as I was not home. He looked at a few things and came the conclusion that it was an old valve and it was it took him 30 minutes to fix it. No more standing in the shower with soap all over me and nothing coming out of the shower head, because one of the kids flushed the toilet!
