After having Goettl plumbing come out last night and try to soak me for 3500to4000 dollars to remove a water purifying unit which was leaking all over my kitchen bottom sink. The bottom was caving in due to the water collection over a period of time. Trish from Roto-Rooter got Tony out right away. He removed unit..wiring..capped it and replaced floorboard after Jason the mitigation expert came out and inspected for mold and water damage thank God there wasn't any or very little no mold. I paid half of what the other company charged.After experiencing such devastation with the loss of family members and a son who took advantage of mom with dementia and took everthing in these tumultuous times I was so happy to have Roto-Rooter on my side.
From Trish on the phone to Tony and Jason and their reputation is impeccable. I cannot thank you enough it was simple and quick and very professional I will use again if I need and refer to my mobile home park. Thank you so much!

Following a leaking angle stop valve on a Sunday evening, Daniel arrived in under 20 minutes and solved the problem in the most professional way. He even finished a new toilet installation at the same time. I cannot express my appreciation and gratitude to Daniel and his company. We had 'A Better Plumbing Company' out to our house for an outside plumbing problem in April of this year. I noticed a leak in our front yard yesterday. The problem was that I did not have our receipt. A Better Plumbing Company came to our home this morning and worked for over 2 hours and fixed the problem with no charge to us. The tech that came out to our house was very nice and accommodating. Good service is hard to come by in Vegas...but not with this company. Very happy with the work done. Now I can enjoy my weekend!!

I was worried about what type of plumbing service we would get and if the people would be quality and honest But after reading some reviews on this company we decided to give them a try and I honestly Can’t say enough good things about the company and their plumbing technicians Jaylan and Corey. They were amazing from beginning to end and exceeded our expectations. They explained everything they needed to do and what they were doing and did no up charging or anything like that. Gave us a quote and it was the quote, no surprises and no hidden fees. They were at our residence when they said they would be, they found the problem and repaired it quickly and effectively. They are also very responsive and keep you well informed of any parts for your repair they’re waiting for and let you know when they will be at your location. We will definitely be using Impact Plumbing again and will definitely request Jaylan and Corey without hesitation.

This business is amazing. I contacted Jason as a contractor needing assistance with a tankless water heater. I would highly recommend Precision Plumbing. After getting an outlandish quote from another company, I called precision plumbing,. Miguel came out that evening and gave me a quote that was more than half less than the other company had quoted. Due to the late hour he wasn’t able to get a hot water heater that evening but he took the old one out and came the very next day and finish the job in approximately an hour. He showed me all the parts fixed for me in addition to explaining the warranty. I truly appreciate his honesty and work ethic. Thank you again Precision Plumbing for not taking advantage of a senior citizen.
