Best Kitchen Sink in North Las Vegas NV

I was able to make an appointment quickly to have my sink repaired (clogged and garbage disposal inoperative). The technician was polite, fast, and efficient. Definitely my go to choice for my next repair.

After having Goettl plumbing come out last night and try to soak me for 3500to4000 dollars to remove a water purifying unit which was leaking all over my kitchen bottom sink. The bottom was caving in due to the water collection over a period of time. Trish from Roto-Rooter got Tony out right away. He removed unit..wiring..capped it and replaced floorboard after Jason the mitigation expert came out and inspected for mold and water damage thank God there wasn't any or very little no mold. I paid half of what the other company charged.After experiencing such devastation with the loss of family members and a son who took advantage of mom with dementia and took everthing in these tumultuous times I was so happy to have Roto-Rooter on my side.
From Trish on the phone to Tony and Jason and their reputation is impeccable. I cannot thank you enough it was simple and quick and very professional I will use again if I need and refer to my mobile home park. Thank you so much!

Wayne and Basial are a must hire. They were very persistence in pinpointing and detecting exactly where our leak was which it was 6 feet under ground in our garage. These two brothers where very persistence in excavating a large hole, soldering the copperline and checking to make sure we did have any other leaks. They are reasonably honest, and trustworthy. Didn't troubleshoot a shorted heater relay in a temperature chamber while the temperature was rising. The technician was overwhelmed and said he didn't want to work on it. His diagnosis was the refrigeration system was blocked.

I emailed owner and he calls me. Instead of working things out, he gets rude, wouldn't let me talk. Told me the system had more problems than a relay. Good luck with your business treating a customers like that.

I was worried about what type of plumbing service we would get and if the people would be quality and honest But after reading some reviews on this company we decided to give them a try and I honestly Can’t say enough good things about the company and their plumbing technicians Jaylan and Corey. They were amazing from beginning to end and exceeded our expectations. They explained everything they needed to do and what they were doing and did no up charging or anything like that. Gave us a quote and it was the quote, no surprises and no hidden fees. They were at our residence when they said they would be, they found the problem and repaired it quickly and effectively. They are also very responsive and keep you well informed of any parts for your repair they’re waiting for and let you know when they will be at your location. We will definitely be using Impact Plumbing again and will definitely request Jaylan and Corey without hesitation.

So impressed with this company! We had a leak in our front-yard and I called Jason because they were recommended by a neighbor. I was so happy with the fast response, honesty, integrity and prompt service! Highly, highly recommend! Even more so because the cost of the repair was one fifteenth of what the big name company sent by the home warranty quoted us!!

We needed to install a water pressure regulator valve that was a bit complex due to our piping. This plumber was able to give a quote over the phone, came to do the job promptly, and did an excellent job. Will use them in the future.
