I was looking to hopefully flush out my water heater because we were frequently running out of hot water when family stayed sometimes on weekends while in town. I liked the technician that came to my house. Unfortunately, I don't remember his name, but he treated me like a person and not like a dumb female or potential sale. He answered all of my questions professionally and was very kind and helpful. He explained to me why it was futile to try and flush the existing water heater, because it was an unknown amount of years of neglect before we bought the house two years prior. The price was quite reasonable to replace and even upgrade to a larger unit. I will definitely recommend them to neighbors and use them again if ever needed for plumbing issues.

Don't even bother calling if you have dogs! My 38 pound boxer started boxing when the handyman came to my door. Even after I locked her up he still didn't want to come in my house. I told him she wasn't going to bite him, his response being you don't know that! Yes I do because she's locked up and has NEVER bit any one before. Then, after hardly stepping foot in my bathroom, he quoted me $315 to recaulk the bottom of a 3x5 shower

I was really impressed with Darryl-the owner. He came and gave me a free estimate after I told him I had a quote from another company but want a second opinion because I wasn't really enthused with the other one. His quote was very competitive and even gave me a senior discount which the other one refused to. I truly believe his honesty and willingness to help.
To make story short, he just finished installing and now my air-con working, blowing cold air. He left everything clean too.
