I had a problem with my garbage disposal, and the plumber from Water Heater Repair Now Plumbing fixed it quickly and professionally. He even gave me some tips for keeping it running smoothly. I would definitely hire this company again.

Had a tech come out to fix leaking AC that caused damage. Was charged money and nothing got fixed. Was told they would be back the following day with the parts needed for the job. They did a no call no show. I had to reach out to them after the appointed time to find out where my tech was. I was told the parts would not be in till days later. They didn't even have the courtesy to call and inform me that no one was coming or that they were waiting on parts. Taking our business elsewhere and waiting for a refund.

I called American Bros., Sunday afternoon asked to talk to a technician, David called back, asked me for the water heater serial number, after checking, David said it's still under warrantee and provided the cost for replacement. Wow! I wouldn't known had he not said anything. I really appreciate the honesty. David showed up around 8am, Monday morning and got the job done in two hours, charged me exactly what was said yesterday. While onsite David looked at two other issues I'm having and provided estimates. I can't ask for anything better than this.

Prime Plumbing installed 45’ of new underground 1 1/2” P.E gas pipe from existing meter to our new pool heater. Jorge & Roman were on time, worked very diligent & answered all of my questions. Vania is a great project manager through scheduling city inspectors, emailing the permits and she has amazing follow up. I received referral to Mach 1 Plumbing from Moen Customer Service as authorised service provider for their products. I called and my message was promptly returned next morning - polite office manager took all the warranty info and gave me a time window of 3 hours and convenient date. Doug came exactly at 7 am with his son, and everything was installed in 10 min. I asked about the possible work to be done on older faucet and receive quotes and was presented with a good choice of potential replacement. Service was efficient and smooth. The whole experience was short of amazing - all things done well.
