Code Red came to the rescue!! One call, a technician ( Jerry ) was here within 2 hours and my hot water heater was replaced. I would highly recommend this company!! Thanks to everyone at Code Red Emergency Plumbing...you're Great!!

I noticed some water damage just a few days before Thanksgiving and contacted my insurance company.
Marco came out the following day. He was very friendly, helpful, and professional. Today (11/22/22) AJ and Alfred came for the demo. This part was very quick and easy. So even though thier prices were (Very) inflated I went with them to fix it quickly because this did happen just prior to Thanksgiving.
The problem really comes in with the reconstruction. Once you sign the contract (and pay 1/2) they just don't care. When I talked to the project manager he said that they have 28 jobs going on and some people wait 6 months to be fixed. 6 months of your house being tore up!
Then they would make an appointment to come and work on repairs and not bother to call or show up. That is multiple days of lost work to just sit in your house and do nothing.
I recommend that if you go with this company that you get a completion date in writing. Unfortunately you have to stay on them constantly to get anything done.
Honestly I would just take the insurance money and hire it out to other people. It will go faster and a hell of a lot less expensive.

We liked the fact that we got the price for parts and labor over the phone without having to suffer the Technician has to come out and evaluate and then give you a price routine. When the technician got here he was professionally dressed and had all the tools and parts he needed and was done in less than 30 minutes. He took the old garbage disposal and left the work area clean and ready to use. He answered all of our questions about the workmanship warranty and manufacturer warranty. We asked him to leave several of his business cards so that we could share our good experience with our neighbors and I highly recommend American Brothers plumbing and Clint for your plumbing needs. Aqua plumbing scheduled an appointment with me, showed up on time, and performed the repair. They installed a water filtration system and pricing was very fair. I would am glad I went with a licensed plumber. Our previous plumber took our funds and never came back. For someone that doesn’t have any plumbing background, the plumber that was sent out walked me through what he was doing and made me feel comfortable with this company. On Easter Sunday the pipes under my kitchen sink were leaking badly. I googled 24 hour emergency plumbing services and was routed to Roto Rooter. I contacted them and they advised a plumber would call within 30 mins. The plumber called shortly after and advised he was already on the way to my home. He showed up and fixed the problem within an hour. I was extremely impressed by how quickly everything was resolved, even on a holiday. And still no leaks today!

There aren't enough words to describe how happy I was with their service. They presented themselves in a professional manor and repaired the laundry faucets in such a way that I believe they will outlive the house. They arrived early and were done in less than an hour. This was the first time I've used the electrician side of YES. Glad I did. They arrived within an hour of my call. The technician Sean was great! Friendly & courteous! He fixed the electrical issue I was having quickly at a fair price. I'd recommend these folks!

Great service! I have a 'tankless water heater' & no one really knew what to do. They sent a guy out to my house that knew EXACTLY what the deal was! Could no recommend them enough.
