We had a slab leak and needed to have the house re-plumbed, Miguel came out the next day and gave a few different options to fix it. I compared some estimates and not only was MC Plumbing the best price, but they were the only ones who also were able to include fixing the drywall for all the holes they had to make in the ceiling and walls (51 total!). A friend of mine had used them before so i felt good about the company and Miguel was very thorough and informative, so we went with them. Miguel was very attentive the whole time and explained everything that needed to be done and how they did it, it took 5 days total, to re-plumb and then fix the drywall but the house looked perfect when they were done. They also took care of the permits and when the inspector showed up to look at it, he commented that it looked like they did a great job. I will be calling MC Plumbing for any of my future needs! Called Pure Plumbing to repair a laundry hookup. Scheduling process was very easy. Once the day of the repair came I was sent a photo and info of the technician coming out to make the repair. The technician, Justin, came out at the beginning of the window and gave me recommendations and the typical upsell, but was not overly pushy when I decided to only go with the planned repair. Justin and the other technician that was with him was super polite and very efficient. The price wasn’t the cheapest but not insanely expensive either. The convenience and great service from Justin was definitely worth paying a bit more. Definitely going to call Pure Plumbing if I have any other repair needs in the future!

I've dealt with a lot of professional service techs in my life, and I have never come across a more polite, honest, quick yet thorough, friendly, just down right respectful human being than Mason. I hope we don't have another problem, but if we do, it would be a blessing for him to show up. Not telling you what to do, but if I was his boss, he'd be training every single employee I have on how to be professional with a customer.

The YES/Blue Apple AC technician suggested and drafted a proposal for repair - that my air conditioner was oxidizing and had daisy-chained condensers, causing an imbalance in my unit, causing it to overheat, and said it could shut down at any time. Any unit can shut down at any time. This tactic to scare me, the homeowner, was unsuccessful, as I have a family member come the next day, an HVAC technician who has been for 34 years in the valley double-check this new issue on this routine maintenance check. After inspecting the two condenser batteries in one unit and one condenser, or what I call batteries in the other, he explained that there was nothing wrong with the unit; he told me that this was just NOT TRUE. They both had equal and correct amperage and no need for concern. The brown on the fan motor at the top is normal as the units do heat, and that causes the paint on the motor head to brown. ALL units have some degree of discoloration. In other words, AC units are made to dis-spell heat which almost always causes paint to turn brown or peel. This resin is usually set by the high temperatures. Appliances with metal components are vulnerable to corrosion, especially if exposed to outdoor conditions; THIS IS NORMAL. This technician, LIKE SO MANY in our valley, was trying to UPCHARGE me. I suspect this is the sales model most electric, plumbing, and HVAC companies use to make money. No wonder they are willing to come to the house on a service agreement at no charge. But it didn't fool me, and Thank you; I will keep my $900 in my pocket!
Don't change out something that was never defective. IF IT IS NOT BROKEN, DON'T FIX IT. If your AC unit fan stops, turn off the AC and call a tech. If your compressor stops humming or changes sound, turn off your unit and call someone; if your AC is blowing warm, turn off your unit and call someone. STOP replacing parts that THEY TELL YOU WILL QUIT WORKING. Yes, your machines can stop anytime, but wait until they do; some last 15 years, some less. I have three HVAC services that I double-check each other because I was ripped as a single mom. I didn't want to inconvenience a family member. Now I do both, verify all recommendations made by family and other AC companies I have hired. Don't fall for this way of doing business. Be a savvy homeowner, especially single parents and older people. Good luck! All these pictures are normal wear and tear.

Plumber was able to come out same day I called and he picked up toilets I bought at will call. He could furnish toilets but I wanted to choose myself. He had to go buy parts, but he was here early next morning & completed job quickly, professionally, & left no mess. I would call them again.

This Driver with plates 238A11 does not know how to drive ! Tried to cut me off but when was unable to due to construction and almost rear-ended me ! On top of that he had the audacity to honk at me for not letting him cut me off when he was speeding! No big commercial vehicle should be driving that way especially when advertising the company. Wouldn't ever consider hiring these plumbers because of this incident.

They were terrific. We have a home warranty and waited for 2 days for them to send technician out to fix our water heater. When they told us we could hire our own, we called Butter at 6:30 on Sunday, and they sent Kyle out. He was here at 8:00pm and brought a new water heater! Thank you Butter Plumbing!

Always on time, reasonable prices. I had called other plumbing companies that made the work seem much larger than it was to make an extra $. Prime plumbing was very honest!

I was looking to hopefully flush out my water heater because we were frequently running out of hot water when family stayed sometimes on weekends while in town. I liked the technician that came to my house. Unfortunately, I don't remember his name, but he treated me like a person and not like a dumb female or potential sale. He answered all of my questions professionally and was very kind and helpful. He explained to me why it was futile to try and flush the existing water heater, because it was an unknown amount of years of neglect before we bought the house two years prior. The price was quite reasonable to replace and even upgrade to a larger unit. I will definitely recommend them to neighbors and use them again if ever needed for plumbing issues.

Kyle was excellent. He was able to replace a cartridge that a previous company was unable to replace. He saved us over $1,000.
