Overall is very satisfactory. Did what they said they were going to do and did what they were suppose to do. Miguel was on time, earlier than the scheduled time, and he was knowledgeable to fix my plumbing concerns. Good job!👍🏽

Our water heater was leaking. We had other quotes for replacing (ours was under warranty) but they were very high. Hector responded right away with a reasonable quote. They arrived within an hour and did excellent work. Within 2 hours we had a new water heater installed. Very happy with results.

These people are the BEST! We've been using them so many times and they never fail to amaze us! Their quality of work is excellent! The integrity of these people are amazing! I recently chose Air Pro Master to have my air conditioner and air handler replaced after investigating several other options in the valley. The reasons I chose Air Pro Master was first of all the name brand of the equipment (Lennex), the professionalism of the general manager, Tim, and the price.

The installation team did an excellent job and were very careful during the installation. My air handler was in the attic and they were excellent in getting the old unit out and the new unit in with minimal damage. By the way, Tim sent out a dry wall expert to repair and touch up the dry wall and he did an excellent job!

The installation team had to place a thermostat downstairs since I elected to have a two zone system put and did an excellent job. I also elected to have a air purifying system put in which I highly recommend.

The other reason that I would recommend it that Tim was very responsive to my every need and sent out his tech, Andrew, whom by the way, is very knowledgeable and was helpful in setting up my Nest thermostat to my phone and explained the features in a professional manner.

All in all I really appreciate Tim, the general manager, showing his concern and being helpful in getting my installation complete.

I have to say, that my wife and I are very particular and Tim recognized that right off. My 5 star rating goes to Air Pro Master and I would advise everyone to at least give them a chance to prove their value. This is a very big expense and you as I did should get all the details to make a decision that you are comfortable and satisfied as I am with this purchase.

Wow. Thank you to everyone who performed such lovely work and communicated so effectively. I required urgent repairs for guests who were coming to stay, and Aqualine met all of my requirements. And they were upfront about what was required and the pricing. You will not be sorry if you use these people.

I was looking to hopefully flush out my water heater because we were frequently running out of hot water when family stayed sometimes on weekends while in town. I liked the technician that came to my house. Unfortunately, I don't remember his name, but he treated me like a person and not like a dumb female or potential sale. He answered all of my questions professionally and was very kind and helpful. He explained to me why it was futile to try and flush the existing water heater, because it was an unknown amount of years of neglect before we bought the house two years prior. The price was quite reasonable to replace and even upgrade to a larger unit. I will definitely recommend them to neighbors and use them again if ever needed for plumbing issues.

Omg. My experience with Best Air conditioning was the best. First of all I like how they kept sending notifications regarding the technician arrival, a picture of him , and calling. My technician was Matt and he was so professional and explained everything so that I could understand. He was very courteous and gave me all the pros and cons to getting my heat back on and working again. I called the office to ask how to obtain an employment verification.
The woman did not say her name and did not want to give it to me.
Her tone of voice was as if I was bothering her.

She advised me to email the request so I did.

I called the office back and asked to speak to the manager to inquire if they received the request. The same dispatcher Who answered the phone previously refused to transfer me.

If they treated people with more respect he would not see so many one star reviews.

Set up an appointment, arrived on time, had the part on the truck and immediately fixed the problem.
