Tried to charge us $1500 to replace our water heater (under warranty), the next day we had a legitimate plumber swap our water heater out for $1100 without being under warranty. I always use Pure Plumbing and I’m never disappointed. Today I had to get work done on my shower in a spare bedroom. Due to it not being used for quite a while and the hardness of Las Vegas water I couldn’t turn the water on anymore. It was stuck. Alex was my technician and he was wonderful. He gently broke the news to me that it was better to cut into the drywall from the hallway instead of the tile in shower to fix this. I agreed and he went to work. Not to bore anyone with details, after about 2.5 hrs of hard work on his part I now have a working shower again with sparkling new fixtures. Everything was explained to me ahead of time, including pricing options. No pressure, just facts. I love this about Pure Plumbing. I always have a choice. Alex cleaned up nicely after he was done. He even cut the drywall so neatly, I bet I can fix this on my own :)

We we're suddenly using 3x the usual quantity of water so we called techcool to help identify/rectify the problem. Responded quickly on a Saturday with a tech. He went through the usual checklist of possibilities and soon found the problem with a running toilet. Juan Garcia the tech was polite and efficient. If we ever do need significant work done in the future, we'll certainly call Techcool.

I recently chose Air Pro Master to have my air conditioner and air handler replaced after investigating several other options in the valley. The reasons I chose Air Pro Master was first of all the name brand of the equipment (Lennex), the professionalism of the general manager, Tim, and the price.

The installation team did an excellent job and were very careful during the installation. My air handler was in the attic and they were excellent in getting the old unit out and the new unit in with minimal damage. By the way, Tim sent out a dry wall expert to repair and touch up the dry wall and he did an excellent job!

The installation team had to place a thermostat downstairs since I elected to have a two zone system put and did an excellent job. I also elected to have a air purifying system put in which I highly recommend.

The other reason that I would recommend it that Tim was very responsive to my every need and sent out his tech, Andrew, whom by the way, is very knowledgeable and was helpful in setting up my Nest thermostat to my phone and explained the features in a professional manner.

All in all I really appreciate Tim, the general manager, showing his concern and being helpful in getting my installation complete.

I have to say, that my wife and I are very particular and Tim recognized that right off. My 5 star rating goes to Air Pro Master and I would advise everyone to at least give them a chance to prove their value. This is a very big expense and you as I did should get all the details to make a decision that you are comfortable and satisfied as I am with this purchase.

Wow. Thank you to everyone who performed such lovely work and communicated so effectively. I required urgent repairs for guests who were coming to stay, and Aqualine met all of my requirements. And they were upfront about what was required and the pricing. You will not be sorry if you use these people.

The YES/Blue Apple AC technician suggested and drafted a proposal for repair - that my air conditioner was oxidizing and had daisy-chained condensers, causing an imbalance in my unit, causing it to overheat, and said it could shut down at any time. Any unit can shut down at any time. This tactic to scare me, the homeowner, was unsuccessful, as I have a family member come the next day, an HVAC technician who has been for 34 years in the valley double-check this new issue on this routine maintenance check. After inspecting the two condenser batteries in one unit and one condenser, or what I call batteries in the other, he explained that there was nothing wrong with the unit; he told me that this was just NOT TRUE. They both had equal and correct amperage and no need for concern. The brown on the fan motor at the top is normal as the units do heat, and that causes the paint on the motor head to brown. ALL units have some degree of discoloration. In other words, AC units are made to dis-spell heat which almost always causes paint to turn brown or peel. This resin is usually set by the high temperatures. Appliances with metal components are vulnerable to corrosion, especially if exposed to outdoor conditions; THIS IS NORMAL. This technician, LIKE SO MANY in our valley, was trying to UPCHARGE me. I suspect this is the sales model most electric, plumbing, and HVAC companies use to make money. No wonder they are willing to come to the house on a service agreement at no charge. But it didn't fool me, and Thank you; I will keep my $900 in my pocket!
Don't change out something that was never defective. IF IT IS NOT BROKEN, DON'T FIX IT. If your AC unit fan stops, turn off the AC and call a tech. If your compressor stops humming or changes sound, turn off your unit and call someone; if your AC is blowing warm, turn off your unit and call someone. STOP replacing parts that THEY TELL YOU WILL QUIT WORKING. Yes, your machines can stop anytime, but wait until they do; some last 15 years, some less. I have three HVAC services that I double-check each other because I was ripped as a single mom. I didn't want to inconvenience a family member. Now I do both, verify all recommendations made by family and other AC companies I have hired. Don't fall for this way of doing business. Be a savvy homeowner, especially single parents and older people. Good luck! All these pictures are normal wear and tear.

Do not use this company, they will not do the work that is needed and will steal your money. Do not ever give them or anyone your credit card before the work is done. They did not complete the work but still billed for work that was not done. Save yourself the headache and use a credible plumber because these are not professional plumbers by any means.

Always on time, reasonable prices. I had called other plumbing companies that made the work seem much larger than it was to make an extra $. Prime plumbing was very honest!

I had the distinct pleasure of having Vince Masa address my HVAC issues today. This young gentleman was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and had amazing attention to detail. Ed did an awesome job hanging five items for me - art work, a mirror and a coat rack. He was very patient with me and did meticulous work making sure items were properly placed on the wall (centered, even spacing, etc).

Called this person for questions about a used hot water tank. He states he could fix ours for 210, 4 year warranty, parts and labor included. Sounded too good to be true to begin with, but we hwent ahead and scheduled an appointment for the following day (we had plans we could not cancel that night). Our appointment was at 11, but he texted saying he was busy and couldn’t make it till like 1. We said ok, then noticed our breaker had been tripped for tank. So we text him this and be stated that ok we will cancel. Then he text again saying it could cause a fire so we were like ok maybe he should come out. We tried to contact him back but he started being super rude. So I’d think twice about going through this “company”. Not too professional at all!
