Highly recommended. Needed a plumbing service immediately on a Sunday. Albert was very helpful and responded with urgency. He came calm and says “I got it!” He immediately worked on what was needed and also on another area that was asked at the time he was here. We truly appreciate his services and smooth process. Prime Plumbing installed 45’ of new underground 1 1/2” P.E gas pipe from existing meter to our new pool heater. Jorge & Roman were on time, worked very diligent & answered all of my questions. Vania is a great project manager through scheduling city inspectors, emailing the permits and she has amazing follow up. Great Service!!! I needed two elbows and FIP adaptors replaced on my existing plumbing so I could install a water softener I purchased.

I contacted Combat Water Solution through Yelp on Thursday and Chris got back to me within minutes. I told him I was free on Saturday, Tuesday or Wednesday, and he said he could come by and give me an estimate on Saturday Morning. After he looked at it and gave me the estimate, I was happy and he had the time and the parts, so I had him do the job right then. He soldered on the new parts and even though I was going to install the new water softener myself but he did that too. He was very meticulous with his work and made certain there were no leaks before he left.

Chris had no problem with me hanging out in the garage with him as he did the work. Chris was very professional, fun, and kind. We are both Army Veterans and had fun trading war stories. It felt like I had an old buddy come over to help me with a weekend project.

I am a new home owner and I was dreading the day I would have to find a plumber and I got lucky on the first try! Now if someone says they need plumbing work I can say I got a guy!

I was worried about what type of plumbing service we would get and if the people would be quality and honest But after reading some reviews on this company we decided to give them a try and I honestly Can’t say enough good things about the company and their plumbing technicians Jaylan and Corey. They were amazing from beginning to end and exceeded our expectations. They explained everything they needed to do and what they were doing and did no up charging or anything like that. Gave us a quote and it was the quote, no surprises and no hidden fees. They were at our residence when they said they would be, they found the problem and repaired it quickly and effectively. They are also very responsive and keep you well informed of any parts for your repair they’re waiting for and let you know when they will be at your location. We will definitely be using Impact Plumbing again and will definitely request Jaylan and Corey without hesitation.

With this Las Vegas weather changing every 5 mins 🤦🏾‍♀️ I turned my heat on but was only feeling cold air coming out. 1 call that's all!!! Called for service DeAndrew came out fixed my heating system and haven't had any problems!
