I've used Pure Plumbing several times over the years. Always professional, the job is done right, and they have the patience to be sure everything is truly fixed right. Maybe not the cheapest plumber, but high quality and worth the price.

They got me on their schedule immediately and went to work to repair my main waterline in relativity short order. They were timely and professional. They even cleaned up after the work. We have used American Brothers Plumbing for the last 4 years, since moving to Las Vegas. They have always done good work, always on time. Very nice plumbing technicians and office staff. They have completed many jobs for us... new toilets, new dishwasher, water softener system, flush hot water heater. We have been very happy with the quality of work that they have done for us.

After calling this company, the showed up within an hour. They provided very thorough, quality work. They even gave me a quote for a tank less water heater. I am looking forward to doing future business with them.

I had an appointment today during 1-5pm, but they didn’t show up until 7pm.. After 1 & 1/2 hours of waiting, I called the innovation pluming company, but they were already closed. I didn’t even know if the technician would come or not. Luckily the technician Mark called me around 6:19pm and checked on my appointment. He thought my appointment was rescheduled, but he still called me and checked. He found out that I was still waiting, and he came around 7pm. Finally the technician fixed the cartilage. He was very professional and nice. If he didn’t call me, I probably would have waited all day. I don’t want to give this company for 5 stars for their lack of awareness towards their client, but I would love to give Mark for 5+ stars. Thank you Mark!!!

Excellent service. Came by the same day. The problem I had could have easily have cost me hundreds, however they spent almost two hours carefully fixing the problem and saving me a huge amount of money and headache. Hands down best plumber experience I have ever had. Highly recommend.

Was leaving for a flight at 9:00 am and noticed a/c sounding off at midnight. They were able to get someone to my home and fix the problem before my flight!
