There's not much more to say. The plumber arrived, early, shortly after calling their office. The plumber was courteous and professional. He quoted a very reasonable price and quickly determined what needed attention, to include an additional required repair at no further cost. I wholeheartedly reccomend MC Plumbing.

Update 9/2021Once again, Pure delivers! I woke up to my main pool fill line broken and filling my yard with water. I called Pure in a panic, since I was literally leaving town in about six hours for a long vacation and now had to shut off my main water.Pure delivered 100% - Getting a plumber out to me in about an hour and in the process found that my main pressure limiter was bad, which is probably what blew my pool pipe. This could have been disasterous - Internal pipes could have blown out, since my pressure was sitting at 150% of the max allowed.Alex got both items fixed in a couple hours and I was on my way on-time for my vacation.Another quality job and crises averted thanks for the professional and highly-trained staff at Pure!This is the 4th time I have used Pure for my plumbing needs. Their quality is consistently high and they are fair on pricing. Each plumber I have engaged with has been friendly, understanding and performed their work with masterful skill.Jordan, my most recent plumber, installed a tankless hot water heater for me and a gas line extension. His work was perfect, but beyond that, he paid close attention to asthetics and serviceability. Going above and beyond, he offered advice on layout and maintenance and made sure I was fully informed of every step of the process.Pure is the first contractor to earn this much repeat business from me. There aren't enough words to describe how happy I was with their service. They presented themselves in a professional manor and repaired the laundry faucets in such a way that I believe they will outlive the house. They arrived early and were done in less than an hour. They cleaned everything up, took the old parts and left things cleaner than when they arrived. Do not hesitate to call them for your plumbing needs. You will not be disappointed at all. Be sure to let them know if you are a senior or veteran.

Called for a free estimate on service, talked to representative to confirm that it is only a free estimate. Plumber came out 45mins late without calling, wanted to charge $65 to write out a FREE estimate, refused to guarantee quote for a period of time if I didn’t get the service right than and there. Threatened to double the price as punishment for not getting service right then to force me to get the repair. Aggressive, rude and not good business practices. Refused service due to this. Homeowner beware.

This is a first rate Plumbing company. Great communication, great onsite attitude and thorough with their work. They performed a main sewer line cleanout and the tenant said they were the best workers she had ever seen. They make a landlord look great.

Rakeman has been my number one choice since day one. I am a project coordinator for Titan Solar power and if i ever need a contractor to do any work for our Local Office or Customers home they are my go too! They have done jobs ranging from Thermostat installations, Gas Line add ons, Water line add ons, Water Leaks, Emergency Calls, A/C repairs Etc. If you're thinking of using this company for anything think twice. I had them estimate for what I needed and I about fell over backwards when the tech tells me my boss told me to discount your job, it will be $1950.00. Wow.....REALLY? Is that what its going to cost to move two A/C units 20 feet, with no obstruction of any kind, then put them back when the other part of the job is done. Needless to say, I had it done for $400.00 by a company that has been in business since 2000. Not just a fly-by-night company, they're on Angieslist and an A+ with BBB and not a RIPOFF. Run from #1 plumbing.

i rarely write Google reviews but based upon our experience Aqua Plumbing deserves a highly enthusiastic positive review from a series of plumbing repairs and installations. These include installation of large items (water heater, water softener......) and smaller but important items (faucets,........). The office staff (Kelly and crew) are helpful and the master plumber who helps us (Raymond) is excellent. They suggest quality items and also worked with us on a specific item we needed. Excellent.
