One of the plumbers left my door open and my cat … escaped. We just moved into this place and it’s on a busy busy road . I’m a disabled Veteran and My cat is a VA certified emotional support animal ..he is my best friend. When I discovered my door standing open and my cat gone..

I’ll admit I was more than ‘Heated’ when I addressed him …. But there was no call for his couldn’t care less attitude … patronizing comments, and aggressive response towards me. The bottom line was he left my door wide open and unattended… for whatever to go missing … or some creature or bug to come wandering in … he was in the wrong all the way around.

I did speak with a super nice woman there who was a great listener and knew my pain and anguish over my missing kitty an innocent creature that depends on me for caretaking…. And I depend on Kitty for companionship

I’ve used MC Plumbing a number of times over the past 4 1/2 years. They have never disappointed me. They may be priced a bit higher then some cut rate plumbers or handymen, but they always do an excellent job and guarantee their work. This particular time Scott responded and did a superb job removing and replacing our Kitchen Faucet and a leaking valve underneath. He was friendly, patient and found ways to work around difficulties he encountered. I’ll ask for him again should the need arise for the services of a Plumber. Kudos!

It was a pleasure doing business with pure plumbing today. Juan Castillo fixed my water heater issue very efficiently and showed an extraordinary example of customer service. This company was absolutely fantastic!! They were responsive and compassionate to my need for emergency plumbing services. They got me on their schedule immediately and went to work to repair my main waterline in relativity short order. They were timely and professional. They even cleaned up after the work. Thanks to Nancy, Jerry and the entire team. Will be referring family and friends to this company.

Highly recommended. Needed a plumbing service immediately on a Sunday. Albert was very helpful and responded with urgency. He came calm and says “I got it!” He immediately worked on what was needed and also on another area that was asked at the time he was here. We truly appreciate his services and smooth process. Amazing Plumbers! Were able to come out same day and address our pressure issue with our tankless hot water heater. Chris and Vincent came out and went above and beyond. Would definitely recommend American Brothers!

This plumbing company gives bad service, I don't recommend this company to come out , they were sent out to fix 2 areas yes they fixed our plumbing in the shower but the father father & son did not try to attemp to fix the kitchen faucet, all jerry and his son do is look at it 30 seconds and determined that they will send a request to have it replaced, if they have tried I would have been happy because it does look like it's fixable, but he immediately determined that it should be replaced. Of course our home warranty declined, what I'm upset about is jerry & his son
should have tried, but they did not and we have them on camera that proves it only took them 30 seconds.
they were out here on a Friday and yes they submitted the status and I know it would have been on a Monday that it's actually sent to the company, days have gone by and it's now Thursday I contacted our warranty to get the answer, why did not Catania & Son didn't contact me immediately, we would have accepted the fact that we need to replace it on our own.

I will never use their service again, there are much better companies out there.

The service tech's are so careful and courteous and ON TIME!! He explained everything he did and was very professional, thorough and CLEAN. I have used Butter Plumbing several times in the last couple of years, and I would always use them.

DEFINITELY A 10 IF I COULD. PLUMBER WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, VERY THOROUGH AND SUCCESSFULLY CLEARED A SEVERELY CLOGGED PIPE THEREFORE SAVING US $$ IN BUYING A NEW BATHROOM FIXTURE.

Too bad that I have to give them 1 star. Firstly, Artie gave me a second opinion quote on a previous plumber's quote. Said it was too high and that there was about $1700 worth if work, tops. Someone came and did the work (not even Artie) and only replaced HALF of the pipe that was cracked. Pulled a toilet upstairs, that was not even in need of repairs, leaving me with one working toilet in the master bathroom. While waiting to negotiate money with my contractor (???) he decided that there was more work that needed to be done without even coming back to my house but told the restoration company that no further plumbing work needs to be done. Another $1900 worth of work to be exact. My contractor said, no other work is neccessary so I cancelled my appointment. Get a bill for $2200. Recap: Only HALF of the cracked pipe was replaced, no other work was done and the toilet that was pulled was never replaced yet, I recieved a bill for almost double the original guesstimate. All because I chose to go with a different contractor then the one Artie wanted me to use. Dirty, dirty tactics. I had a $50,000 flood loss on my property and they swooped in for a piece. Disgraceful. Now on top of everything I've had to deal with this mess as well.
I've had to start a complaint with the contractor's board. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I can not stress this enough.
