Don't have a clue what you're talking about...guit bothering me !!!

We requested to have a “Plumber” come to our home to check the plumbing in 2 of our bathrooms. As it stated on their website, they have Plumbers and that they also do tile work. Our request for the Plumber was to address an unpleasant scent that was coming from one of the shower units along with possible tile replacement, and the other issue was for a drain issue in a separate bathroom.

After waiting for 2 days for the Plumber, they sent over an Electrician, who was absolutely clueless on what to do or what the problem was.

This was for a 2nd opinion as we had an actual Plumber come in a few days back. For this company to send an Electrician to our home for Plumbing issues, is/was mind boggling!!

This was A Huge waste of our time and day!

My ac was not blowing cold to all my rooms. I gave Simply Ac a call and they showed up a couple hours later. They fixed my ac and had everything working better than it was before.

My 20-year-old gas water heater started leaking from the bottom this morning and needed to be addressed immediately! Luckily I connected with this technician, he explained the situation, sent him a couple of pictures of the tank, and he promptly called me back with a fair estimate to which I agreed. Nice job.

We are very happy with our service technician Brandon. We had scheduled an annual service for our tankless water heater. Brandon arrived on time and was a pleasure to work with. We hope to have him back for our next service.

They hooked up and installed my outdoor natural gas grill to the existing gas line quickly and professionally at a reasonable price.

We had a clog in our main line and Kenneth came over to help out! He was super communicative and knowledgable. Our problem was fixed in a timely manner! Well here again of issue ever occurs in the future:)

Called this person for questions about a used hot water tank. He states he could fix ours for 210, 4 year warranty, parts and labor included. Sounded too good to be true to begin with, but we hwent ahead and scheduled an appointment for the following day (we had plans we could not cancel that night). Our appointment was at 11, but he texted saying he was busy and couldn’t make it till like 1. We said ok, then noticed our breaker had been tripped for tank. So we text him this and be stated that ok we will cancel. Then he text again saying it could cause a fire so we were like ok maybe he should come out. We tried to contact him back but he started being super rude. So I’d think twice about going through this “company”. Not too professional at all!
